They don't even deserve 1 star I feel like cussing!

They don't even deserve 1 star! I'm pissed off!!! People work hard for their money not to be scammed. The shoes were too small and the leather was cheap plastic. I tried to email them to get a refund, and the email was returned to me as no such email address. Please don't waste your money. You will only be very disappointed...

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. They are one of the ones that post the designer picture of a quality shoe, then send you a horrible, cheap imitation version. Also, they say on their website that returns are possible, and turns out -- they're not. When I reached out to return what was a joke of a shoe (compared to the add), the person in the email replied, "I'm sorry they [the shoes] look the same [as the advertised shoe]."

Fantastic choice of footwear. Speedy delivery. Excellent customer services. I had a minor problem with my order which was addressed immediately. Would thoroughly recommend Zeraclub

BAD...DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM…

BAD...DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY..you will not receive a refund, not even partial refund, and will not take their cheap product back. Horrible customer service, and cheap products that don't fit. Worst customer service ever. They offered my 40% discount, WHT would I even think about buying more stuff from them??!!

A horrible company

A horrible company. Don’t waste your time or money with ordering here. The website does not deliver as promised. The footwear is poor quality at best. The wrong size came and one pair was missing. No effort to provide a full refund for the missing pair that “sold out.” Very unprofessional emails. The boots fell apart within two weeks. Not even real leather as marketed on the website. All false advertising, sadly because the site looks so good. The reality is not. Still waiting for my refund but it’s impossible to pin Ella down with any accountability of taking money and not following through with a legitimate product or full refund if the customer pays and the product is sold out. She even tried to get me to reorder a different item and pay again for shipping. How does that make any sense? I’m not trusting this company with a dime again. It would be nice though, if my $50 US could be refunded for the shoes which never came. That would be the least they could do.

Missing Order CZ22507

9th November 2023. Ordered and paid for 2 pairs of womens boots from Zeraclub these were separate Orders & separate Payments on the same date. Received 1 X Order and have never received the the the other Order. Have contacted Zeraclub on many occassions between Nov 23 & 23 Feb 24 and sent them all relevant details, SKU & Order numbers and Bank Details re payments. Zeraclub have finally acknowledged & accepted responsibilities for the missing order. Whenever l have contacted Zeraclub re their Customer Service contact, I am assured they have my query in hand. They thank me for my patience and inform me that l will receive a Tracking # when my order is finally sent. However, since this saga has been in non-action since November 2023 until today, moving at a snails pace, l do not want to be patient any more. Zeraclub have previously informed that they are MANUFACTURING me a new pair of boots. However, l have seen the boots on their online page for sale many time as even today they are advertising them for sale. So appalling customer service and no respect for their customers. Zeraclub have my boots and my money and l have empty acknowledgments from Zeraclub that they will do the honourable thing and despatch my order forthwith. I have come to the CONCLUSION that this company is most certainly a SCAM.

Purchased boots from this company…

Purchased boots from this company described/pictured as great looking boots. Finally received the boots. They are made of cheap vinyl, don't even look like picture they advertised. For two weeks now I've tried to get the company to send me a return label and refund my money. They just keep sending me emails to send them pictures of the boots. I will not recommend this company to anyone

Months ago I'd ordered two pairs of…

Months ago I'd ordered two pairs of lace up boots. I knew that they were not high end or even leather, but I'd already bought another pair and they're okay. Well, one pair was too small and looked to be mislabeled as a size 8 and they were too small. I followed all of their instructions, complete with pictures of the boots and I'm still waiting for my exchanged blue lace up boots. They offer no phone number in which to speak to a live support representative that can help me to either receive my exchanged boots or get a refund. What happens now? How does this company "Zeraclub" be allowed to use social media to rip people off? Facebook jumps on people for the most stupidest things, but is alright with ripping off their people? SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE RESPONSIBLE.

Chinese knockoffs

I ordered a pair of boots, went up a size according to their instructions. Boots arrived in 2 months. Didn’t fit. Contacted customer service as I had 7 days to return them and I live in Alaska. It takes 7 days to get to the post office in winter. Miss Ella from customer service said she would help me and not to worry. I asked to exchange them or return them, but I would be happy with either one. My next email asked if I had measured and ordered my boots according to their instructions. I wrote back to her telling her I did and went up a size according to instructions. Next email asked for pictures measuring the boots. I sent 4 pictures. Next email stated the return policy was not going to be the best for me. I was offered $30 credit, not refund money, I could keep the boots and give them as a gift to someone. I paid $70 plus $19 for shipping. Naw… I don’t think so. So I responded why can’t I just exchange them for something else? With the argument I spent $90 total, if I accept the $30 credit then I will pay the difference plus shipping and already out $90. No. Next email said they would let me choose another boot or shoe of equal or lesser value and all I have to pay is shipping. This was day 10 on a 7 day return. She sent me a link to find out how much shipping was for Alaska. Guess what? More than the first shipping. It was coming out of China. That’s why the shoes don’t fit. The patterns are copied or stolen, then cut out. In the process of cutting them out, they get smaller and narrower thus asking you to order a size up for wide feet or high arch. Needless to say. I was informed my time had expired to return them. They never provided me an address to return them to. I have a pair of boots I cannot wear nor sell for what I paid. This is the last time I order off of a Facebook ad and will watch for any ad from Zeraclub to let everyone know they do not honor their return policy and sell merchandise that does not meet US size standards. Please don’t buy anything from these people.

This is a scam

This is a scam. The picture is not what you are getting.
It is crap cheap material I would not put on my dog. It stunk also. I had to throw away immediately. It is probably made out of garbage. Literally.
Please do not make the same mistake I did
They should be shut down immediately
They give no way to send them back for refund either.

Will not purchase from them again

Picture looked good
I received these boots with a strap unconnected. I tried to find out how to connect it on the Internet but unable to find anything. I sent an email to the company and have not gotten a response as yet. Didn't try the on yet so I don't know how they fit. It has a plastic heel, which I don't like. I got another pair of boots with this order I'm not happy with also. I'm going to wait to hear back on the strap connection before I decide on keeping them. They didn't come in a box, just bubble wrapped in an envelope. I understand they aren't $200 boots but still for over $70 I expected better. Update on 12/29/23, the response I received from customer service said "Look at the picture". Really??? Did they think I was not smart enough to do that? One end of the strap is already through the buckle and the other end has a hooked end that does not fit in anywhere. The pictures don't show that part of the boot. Chock this up to experience. I purchased the Fashion Rivet Belt Buckle High Heel Ankle Boot

This is a scam!

This is a scam!! The boots are super cheap—nothing like they do the photos. There is no way to get your money back. They are all over Facebook but don’t fall for it.

I give this company a big fat ZERO…

I give this company a big fat ZERO stars and a big flip of my middle finger. i ordered my boots-even sized up just in case. They took almost a month to arrive. The day I received them, I realized they were too small for my calves. I reached out to customer service and that is when the runaround started. They questioned whether I used the size chart-of course, then they wanted photos, which I sent. Now they are telling me to give as a gift to someone else. This company is a SCAM!!!

You are not getting what you are paying for!!!

I paid almost $300.00 hundred dollars for three pairs boots that looked like I found them on street.

Zeraclub refused to refund or exchange,them, they told me to give them away as a gift to a friend.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FORM ZERACLUB.

These are products that are not reflected in the photos. They come nowhere near the quality or actual look of the products. They stall and only try to offer you coupons or replacements and do everything they can not return the items! DO Not BUY!!!
