Great water, but filters won't last long for my area
Unfortunately, the first filter has lasted about two weeks which means that my tap water is very heavy on them. So the water is clean and great, but may need to find another filter option due to my area :)

Big disappointment
I am very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered a water pitcher with three filters. The first filter was fine because it had a plastic cover. The other two filters, however, only had a black plastic film that cannot be removed cleanly and completely. As a result, the filters cannot be screwed on properly, so unfiltered water flows into the pitcher.
I also bought the product for sustainability reasons. I was promised that I could send the old filters back to be recycled. When I contacted customer service yesterday, I found out that they no longer send out return envelopes. This means the old filters simply have to be thrown away with the regular trash—which is not sustainable at all.
I am truly disappointed.

Regarding recycling: our filter recycling programme is still available. However, we no longer provide return envelopes. You can still send used filters back to us for recycling, but you will need to use your own bag or box for the return shipment.

Amazing product totally unmatched by competitors for what it does so simply. The uk branch has closed down but European branch is just as good as the UK one was.
I mistakenly got an order that was 2 cartridges short, I contacted them and they promptly posted the remainder without problems. Very smooth and professional. I hope they stick around forever because I really appreciate their product and service 🙏🏼

Poor Customer Service and No Response for Defective Product
I contacted customer service regarding a defective filter, but I never received a response. Based on my experience, it appears that customer support is either unresponsive or nonexistent. This lack of after-sales service is very disappointing and makes it difficult to recommend this company.

Delivered 1st try at service point while paying full delivery price
Was delivered at a service point without ever trying to deliver it to the address first. While still having to pay the full price that you pay for sending it directly at home. Closing times of the shop made it impossible to pick up as well.
Cheap tactics like this made me not trust this company anymore.
