I like to drink the water after being filtered by zerowater, just a bit expensive.

I love how naturally soft and almost sweet tasting clean water is. After drinking zero water for awhile, you can't help but notice how light the water tastes compared to regular tap water. These filters are worth the investment.

I am really satisfied with this product. It is easy to use and the results of clearing the water are great. The quality of the materials of the product seems to be high.

I think the ZeroWater filter does what it’s supposed to do. Filter water! Nothing in there but water. I feel A lot better since we use it.

I cannot express in words what a terrible and misleading product this is.

I have had declining health for a year...previously fit and healthy and i am now sick more than i am well. I am in the process of having tests that prove its because of this product, but there is plenty of scientific literature on the topic which supports this.

The WHO have published information on it - there are numerous publications about the health implications of deionised water, how it strips minerals from food if you cook with it, how you should be adding trace minerals to RO (reverse osmosis) and demineralised water and how bad it is for you long term. The data I have seen goes back decades so there is no excuse not to warn people about the serious health implications of removing EVERYTHING from your drinking water. A class action lawsuit should be filed against this company. I have been sick for a long time and enough is enough. I finally know why.

good for 3 weeks then the water starts to taste awful very bad and it is very expensive.

First the positives.

Pros: The filters are ok for approx 1 - 2 weeks only (approx 50 litres water). First 10-15 litres is amazing taste, well filtered filtered and low solids on TDS meter (if your TDS meter works). Next 30-40 litres is ok but fairly high in solids and can have a slightly strange taste.

Cons: You really need a new filter after 20 litres, so very expensive at approx £12 per filter. Would cost me approx £50 / month to get pure water.

The meters supplied with the filters are a cheap chinese joke(same are available on ebay for £3). I have now had 4 replacements from Zerowater for the 2 meters that came with my original 2 filter jugs.
Meters work for 1 or 2 uses, and that's it. My sixth meter has died today and has no display, hence this review)

Water rapidly develops a strange off taste if filters are not changed after 15 - 20 litres, so approx cost per litre for filtered water is £1 which is expensive.

I am giving up and considering a reverse osmosis system

Wonderful product, for about a week. The filter lasts about 7 days and then the water has an awful/acidic taste (much worse than the tap water). I will not be buying any more products as it would be ridiculously expensive not to mention not eco friendly to continue to use and throw away these huge filters.

Bought a zerowater system 5.4L 2 months ago. Around 2-3 weeks of use, water started tasting like lemon. I decided to test the water pH and it was 2.5, which is basically lemon juice! Filter has been sitting in my kitchen corner since then.

I sent an email to Zerowater exactly 1 month ago and havent heard from them since. No answer, no recommendation, nothing. If you’re willing to swap your filter every two weeks, go for it! Also, who knows what’s in there to make the pH 2.5? I feel like I have been scammed. Definitely I do not recommend this company!
