Excellent filter for drinking water
Recently learned of the lead pipe issue in Amsterdam and purchased this. The water tester that comes with the filter is helpful. I’ve done a few tests and a bit shocked at the poor quality of water in the city. After filtering, it’s amazing the difference in taste. It’s like bottled water. Also, no more residue and floaters left behind in my electric kettle! I’m still testing how long the filters will last, but so far very happy with this filter! Wish I could get this quality in my shower too!

So far so good
So far so good - am happy with the clear tasting water - it makes such a difference ! I will not use water direct from the tap again , especially now I’ve seen the quality of the tap water when using the meter provided with the water filter.

The water tasted fine for a little while then it tasted horrible very sour, customer service didn’t help me at all.
It wasn’t even time for a new filter.

Even though you might not have ordered via us we would be happy to help with the issue.
Could you please send us your order-confirmation or ID, the TDS measurement of your tapwater, TDS measurement of your filtered water and an indication of the amount of water you filtered with the filter to info@zerowaterfilter.nl
This way I can check if it was indeed time for a new filter or that there is some other issue.
