Unanswered Toll Transponder Dispute – Booking BFJ2DW
Everything went well with the vehicle, but I was hit with an international debt collection demand at my home address due to a supplier transponder error—despite pre-paying for the toll transponder on my voucher (Booking Ref: BFJ2DW).
I paid the 87.92 EUR collection demand immediately to avoid credit complications and emailed all proof (Zest voucher, collection notice, and payment receipt) to customer service two weeks ago for reimbursement, but I have received no response.

The car advertised which was booked wasn’t even stocked by the car hire company Hertz, so feel mislead. Had to pay extra for a boot size to match what I had originally ordered and paid for

Pick up at airport
Pick up at airport, booking in, the car itself and returning the car was all good.
Only complaint was the car had lots of large birds poo splattered over it and should have been cleaned off by hand especially as there was a hosepipe ban.
