Car rental booking for 9 days in Faro
Car rental booking for 9 days in Faro, Portugal was easy to arrange, competitively priced and went exactly as specified. Local supplier arranged by Zest, MasterKings, were also excellent and easy to deal with. 2nd rental via Zest with MKs from this location and both have gone smoothly.

An absolute nightmare and what feels…
An absolute nightmare and what feels like a legal robbery! Booking BFLDV7
In my opinion, this company operates under practices that closely resemble an organized financial scam. They took our money for the reservation back in February, followed by another advance payment in June. They held and used our funds for months, only to actively refuse to hand over the vehicle upon our arrival in July based on an arbitrary administrative excuse.
We arrived exactly on time, but we were turned away at the counter. The agent literally wrote "REFUSED" on our voucher. They kept 100% of our money without delivering the service, and in my view, it looks like a calculated scheme to withhold the car and immediately re-rent it to someone else during the peak season for double the price.
To make it worse, their customer support line basically told us "no refund" initially. This feels like the behavior of an organized crime mafia designed to trap tourists' funds. Keeping full payment for an unfulfilled service that you actively denied is, in my view, pure extortion. We feel completely robbed. We are currently escalating this as a digital fraud issue with our bank and the UK authorities!
