A company who would do a good honest job and provide me with a system that worked well for us.

It sounds quite straightforward, like all things though when you start getting into it, things get complicated. We did lots of research and had a few companies in. Zest were straightforward, knowledgable and very competitively priced.

We are very happy with our system thus far and the initial savings We are realising on our bills.

Very good overall service the guys installed it all in one day. Very tidy installation inside my garage with easy access if required for maintenance etc.

The installation was good; there was little or no mess.
this was an additional four panels and a new battery system. Every thing worked as it should; however the "App" for my phone did not so at this point in time ,I have no way of controlling the 10kw battery and still trying to resolve this.

Everything went smooth from start to finish. Guys who installed were excellent, very efficient and tidied up after themselves. Workmanship 2nd to none. Well pleased.

Went well after initial mix up rapidly put right

The staff, fitters , paperwork etc were all made easy to understand and NO PRESSURE applied to make the decision. William (the fitter) was a delight to have in the house, clean, tidy, explained everything he was doing and even managed to get the inverter and battery into the little cupboard under the stairs which I hadn’t thought was possible. Absolutely chuffed to bits with everything - many thanks to all.

Great from start to finish. Can’t rate the installer highly enough. Absolute gem.

Cameron was great at explaining the technicalities to us, we understand the processes. Happy to go ahead with the project now and we look forward to seeing the reduction in our outgoings.

The rep James was very, friendly,confident and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions without hesitation and spoke in language we understood. He was not pushy an explained everything in detail. It was a very nice experience. Well done James.

Cameron was very helpful explaining and checking insulation. Gave good advice for future working things out for me. Would recommend him in future.

Quick installation
The period of time from agreeing to the solar panels to installation was super quick, just a couple of days! There was a bit of a mix up in terms of the number of panels we were initially told we could get to what could actually be fitted once the installation team turned up. Thankfully a solution was agreed and all was ok.
