At first I was pessimistic, I really didn't know if I dared to buy the wood map because it might get damaged during shipping.
But I was so wrong!

Very impressed with customer service
Review updated: I have updated my review to 5/5 stars purely out of the customer service and not seeing the product at all.
Customer service was extremely responsive and helpful. Once I receive the product I can update my review again. But if my experience has been anything like dealing with not receiving my product I know they’ll do what they can to make it right.
Old review:
It’s now five days after the expected delivery date and I have not received the clock I purchased. Once, I get it the review will change. But as of now I can only give it a 1 star.

A work of art and great customer service
The advent calendar is an absolute work of art. The detailing is breathtaking down to the metal hinges on each door. Also some of the best customer service I've ever had. There was a glitch in the delivery address and Zewood was incredibly responsive in getting it fixed.

Quality is great but honestly…
Quality is great but honestly disappointed with the packaging. Why would you send a package with the complete details on it? This was supposed to be a gift for Christmas and now it is spoiled because it not only has the company name blasted on the front (that’s normal). However, It also states bringing fantasy framed in wood AND THEN the specific set ordered. “Elden” was indicated on it, so now the person has seen what they’re getting. A hefty price just for the surprise to be ruined.
