Recently purchased two ultra fine acrylic.acrylic pens. One was faulty, reported the issue and the response was excellent. Replaced in two days, excellent service and the pens are very good.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Wanted to get hold of a good quality, inexpensive A3 size writing slope/desktop. Once I'd gone through (dismissed) the usual suspects on Amazon, my search led me to Zieler. What a result! Super quick delivery and there was little added gift which was a nice surprise. Purchase is a gift but it looks exactly as advertised.

Well I never ! i thought I might return to Caligraphy and looked for a deal . Being decisive , I ordered , and Lo and Behold THE VERY NEXT DAY the goods arrived promptly and well packaged . It doesn't get better than that .

I was really impressed with the service provided by Kiren at Zieler following receipt of a faulty Calligraphy set which was a gift from a friend. Kiren responded to my email promptly and courteously and proceeded to resolve the issue with the same efficiency and politeness. I received a new set of working pens and cartridges plus a bonus pack of Calligraphy paper. I am delighted with the quality and standard of service provided by Zieler.

I was so pleased with the first set of pens that I ordered the larger deluxe kit as well. These are the smoothest writing ones I can find without 'blotching'. In this price bracket these are clearly the best I've tried.
