Great customer service.....
Great customer service, I received my item a wood art box with pencils etc, when it arrived the packaging was fine, but inside the cardboard box was the box unfortunately damaged. I contacted Zieler and they were brilliant, a replacement item was sent out the next day which arrived as said, plus an art pad complementary. I would definitely shop with this company again .
