Rotten Mangoes

I bought 2 boxes of mangoes on Thursday afternoon with delivery day for Saturday. When i got the delivery, mangoes are either rotten or extra ripped. When I contacted them, no reply received. Zingox used to be very good earlier, when the had their own delivery system.

Rotten mangoes. They ignore their own refund policy. No customer service.

I love Alphonso mangoes but there’s nowhere near me that sells them. I looked at a few online shops and settled on this one because of their mango refund policy - they offer refunds for mangoes that are rotten inside. I ordered a box of twelve mangoes and sadly seven of them were rotten inside. So I did as their policy asked and photographed them and sent them an email, and I contacted them via Facebook Messenger. I haven’t had a reply. Really poor customer service, and I’d advise potential customers to disregard their refund policy.

Awful mangoes: overripe and inedible

The mangoes were awful, and in order to get a refund you have to cut all the mangoes and send a photo, so it's a complete waste of money and time. Please buy your mangoes at a store where you can see their condition and avoid this supplier!

Customer Nightmare

This place is a mess and they need to sort themselves out. Delay after delay! Customer service who never responds even if you write to them or leave them messages. Order received late and refund in missing items even later.

I ordered on 29 April

I ordered on 29 April. Today is 12 May and I still haven't received my order. I have telephoned and emailed lot's of times. I have been ignored each time. The service is atrocious.

No response after I logged complaint…

No response after I logged complaint about 5-6 mangoes being rotten from inside of the 12 we ordered. I had shared pictures as suggested but neither response not refund is received

Scam!

Scam!! Made a large order - it never showed up although said was delivered. Tried to get in touch with company - all their contact emails don’t work. No one responds. It’s a scam. I will take this review down when someone has the decency to respond

Absolutely scam!

Absolutely scam!! Don’t buy mangoes or any other fresh goods from them online.

It’s also my bad. Had I been searching for them on Google map or reading their refund policy (they say you’d need to cut open every single one of them and put in a plate), I wouldn’t have paid them a penny.

Unfortunately all these in a box of 12 clearly were over ripe and past their best. As you can see in the pictures below that the texture was soft/mushy with sunken areas and wrinkled/dry skins. Honestly, I wouldn't pick any in the box if I was in store. So why would they deliver this to me?! When I cut some open, it's already black inside with some fermented smell. Neither of us would take the risk of eating them and had to throw away all of them.

What a shame. These poor mangoes travelled all the way from India only to be binned! While it’s bad for me and the mangoes, it’s not bad for them to take £30 as profit.

Now they’ve been shameless to grab my cash (£30 for 12 mangoes!!). And it’s been a week since I wrote my complaint email to them without any response other than another promotion email of more mangoes. How ridiculous!!

Don’t let them take your £££.

I have no idea how long these mangoes had been in stores. I opened them the second day after being delivered. I can only imagine they were dumping this to online customers as there’s not a slightest chance of selling them in store.

Don’t let them dump to your place.

repeated purchase of Alphonso mango in…

repeated purchase of Alphonso mango in the last two years. Quality definitely sub-par, most of the mangos are overripen, some even turned black. Price is on the low end but it certainly does not justify the poor quality.
