Response to queries were dealt with efficiently and usually by return. Zoe team worked out that I had cancelled and reordered. Messages followed up to check delivery after sorting the problem and then responded further to follow up on packaging comments

The Zoe App has revolutionised my nutritious life, with the bright glowing Ziggi animation popping up every time I snap a meal providing a wealth of information which has enabled be to become more mindful almost effortlessly. It is very useful having the tracking function so that calories are calculated along with fibre and fat levels to enable consideration. I also love the ability to scan anything in store and instantly see if it's a good choice. It has been surprising to me what comes out with high risk and red flagged. I have thus been able to adjust my shop towards a cleaner food shop. This app is well worth the money.

The customer service team quickly and promptly resolved an issue the ai chatbot was mistaken on.
Their ai chatbot is usually very good but in this instance couldn’t help and was quickly resolved by a human on a very concise and helpful way in regards to the Zoe daily 30 subscription.

The Daily 30 feel like a bit of a scam. The majority of wjat is in any given scoop is just flax seed. Which can be obtained very cheaply indeed. You get about 3 goji berries a week. Thats not daily 30+; its weekly at best... and I'm not remotely convinced that the tiny amount of each ingredient ingested per week will make any meaningful difference unless you are on an incredibly restricted unhealthy diet. Buy plenty of mixed seeds and nuts, and eat one piece of fruit a day and you'll receive more benefit for a fraction of the cost.
I bought this as a way to make my healthy breakfast smoothie more healthy. I already put flax seeds in it everyday; this was a waste of money.

Wow! What a breath of fresh air. I had an issue with my order but the team at Zoe were exceptional - human, friendly and professional. There response time to emails was really quick and although it took a bit of back amd forth to get the issue resolved, I was very impressed.

Zoe the app is not bad, but it didn't recognise some products like Vitamin C even with the code and a photo of the front of the bottle. It's expensive as well which I will be cancelling once I finish the weeks trail.

Great news. I’ve just had my bloods back and I have brought my cholesterol right down by following the Zoe gut health way of eating to a combined score of 3.42! Which is great in the uk ! So thrilled. My gp was going to put my statin up to 40mg but I convinced him to give me three months to bring it down and I did with the help of Zoe - so happy. I finally feel a bit in control of my life again.💃

Both Daisy and Emily resolved a year long problem I had with Daily30. Daisy fixed the shipping information so I actually received a shipment without billing me a 4th time for product never received and Emily refunded the money for shipments never received. The support team for the Food Duary App is excellent. The support team for the Daily30 website is horrible.

The whole process of contacting them and getting an answer worked very well.
Seems to be very good customer service.
Also good that they make it clear when you are talking to AI (initially ) and if it can't answer your question, a human responds in a reasonable time.

I love the AI feature, that majority of the time gets correct from just an image of my food. This is the problem I have with other food logging apps because it’s boring and high effort.
However, I do find sometimes it’s a bit buggy after logging food. So somethings the score doesn’t calculate or it doesn’t save or food items are captured twice, or I’ll capture kefir and then it’ll say I didn’t have any fermented food that day - just little things.
But on the whole, it’s pretty good.
I love the overall food score and insights.
I find ziggy a bit limiting at times (can’t think of specifics) but again, good enough overall.
I do love Zoe though and I do love the awareness it brings. Somethings I thought were healthy but aren’t
