The same thing happend to me, we must sue this F***ing company, I'll go tomorrow to the police to see what I can do against theme please guys do the same

Scam. I ordered planetarium projection with two discs. But only received 2 discs. Guys dont ordered anything from them. You can if you want to loose your money

i ORDERED THE PLANETARIUM FOR MY NIECE AND ONLY GOT THE 2 DISCS. TITLE CLEARLY STATES THAT THE PLANETARIUM COMES WITH IT AND TWO DISCS. THEY DO NOT SEND THE PROJECTOR.

I ORDERED THE 60,000 START HOME PLANETARIUM SYSTEM AND I ONLY GOT THE CDS BUT NO PROJECTOR AND I PAID $40. IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE, REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE POSTAL INSPECTOR, AS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!

A complete scam, it really feels bad when my hard earned money gets stolen, I have not received anything, they tell we can find tracking info through Arrive app but it just shows that order confirmed. I am a researcher who is fascinated with space and I was very excited for this, I am completely heartbroken. Is it possible for all of us to file a complaint together against this company?

Finally, order dated 27.11.19, fully paid, planetarium & 2 discs., 2 discs arrived on 27.12.19. OK. Now WHEN will I receive the accompanying Planetarium?

Should it not arrive, there are too many people complaining here, there must be a body we can report Zoethe to?

Sadly the exact same thing has happened to me. Two disks, no planetarium and bounced back emails. First time I've been subject to a scam. Nowhere on the order site (which was a link from Facebook) did it mention the item would be shipped from China. Cleverly they keep you informed of tracking status for a few weeks, then excitedly your package arrives just in time for Christmas and.... Two useless disks with nothing else.

Got the 2 discs and no planetariums... Just like everyone else. Email and phone number are FAKE.

I want to give this ZERO stars! Please please please do not buy this. I ordered two planetariums for my 8 and 5 year old sons back in the beginning of November in order to get them by Christmas. Surprise, they never came. When I tried to contact customer service, email bounced back and by phone is in Chinese. Today on December 28th, I received two discs with no player. Why did they even bother, if you wanted to steal my money why send anything. So disappointed in humanity and my stupidity for trusting it.

I did the same thing as y'all and ordered the planetarium and discs and only received the discs. I hope karma gets them where it hurts the most!

Scam you only get the disc not planetarium.

2 discs arrived but no projector. Its not nice but I'm thankful to read others having exactly the same issue as me. Perhaps the projectors will arrive at a later date as i'm willing to give them time but because the emails are now bouncing back and are undeliverable I think otherwise. I now have no other opinion other than this is a scam.

I ordered a Christmas gift for my grandsons on November 19, 2019 and as of today, December 26, 2019 have not received the item, nor can I contact the company. Emails do not go through to the company and phone is answered in a recorded language I do not know.
Well, I just received the discs for a planetarium, but no projector! December 30, 2019

I did not get a complete order. I tried to contact them and the email are all undeliverable. I am very disappointed. I was so excited when i saw the home planetarium and got the two disc. I only got the two disc. I was giving this as a Christmas gift. I cannot get ahold of them to make this right or return my money. Please do not buy anything from this company. You will be very disappointed.

I ordered 2 star projectors November 5th.. its Christmas day and nothing. Email bounces back and phone # no good..

I received the disc last week but no projector. It doesn't make sense not to send the disc if this is a scam. Email query bounced back.
