I read a heap of reviews before purchasing so I was very surprised that no one had mentioned how big, heavy and cumbersome the Sauna Blanket is. I weighed it at around 6.8kgsI get that it is a one size fits all product but for me it is way too big and heavy and hard to store away. It takes so much effort to drag it out from under my bed to downstairs where the TV is and then so much space to fully open to clean it. Not as portable and compact as I had expected.
I also find the velcro very hard to pull open and because it is so big and wide the shoulder straps do nothing for me and it is very open at the top.
Some other reviewers mentioned about it being uncomfortable on their feet and i find the same thing because of the weight of it.
A couple of other issues i would like to mention is that i can't see the temp control once i am cocooned inside the blanket so i cannot adjust the temp and even more annoying, I have no idea how long i have been in the blanket or how long to go or when does it turn off.
No countdown or count up for timing and no alarm, buzzer or alert when it turns offI have been told it automatically shuts off after 1 hour but not having some way of knowing how long to go until an hour is up is frustrating especailly since i can't see the dial as it is connected at the foot of the blanket and the cord isn't long enough to bring up where I can reach it. This is a real problem that I hope the company will address sooner rather than later.
I am not giving up on it but have had to adjust where i use it so i don't have to drag it out so far away from where i store it under my bed. Hope this helps

I received my order days within purchasing online. It is easy to use and clean. I would only recommend the heat dial controller be on a longer lead or easily accessible from the end you get in and out of. Once set up it is annoying having to undo/get in and out of the bag to change the heat setting.

The tens device is excellent. Really helps with first day period pain. Most recently used to cope with post colposcopy cramping. It really took the edge off and made the whole experience more bearable. Not sure what I would have done without it!

Blanket heats up really quickly and works up a great sweat. Disappointing that after only 2-3 weeks of use the seem has started to come away on the side
Update: contact by zoetech and have quickly fixed the problem by replacing the blanket, pre-paid sticker for the return of the original and posted the replacement the same day. Super happy. I've lost 2kgs and 18cm in 3 weeks

Ordered a migraine cap and heated belt. Both had threads you would expect over time not a brand new product, terrible packaging, missing cord for the belt.
Sent replacements and same problem.

They thought $10 for the packaging would be good despite the fact i have a $100 machine i CANT use due to no cord. How their products pass production I do not get.

Terrible quality and resolutions.

I love my blanket sauna, since I got it I am using I have improved my sleep and my heart rate significantly.
When I got into sauna it’s my own relaxing time, I could not live without it.
Can’t recommend it enough.

I recently had a problem with my PEMF Mat and the customer service was excellent. I dealt with the same person via email each time I had a query. I sent the mat back and got a free new one straight away. Highly recommended.

I bought the Sauna Blanket as I haven’t been able to get to my local sauna…. Well I don’t think I’ll ever go back! This amazing blanket is like laying in a toasty warm hug. I have high blood pressure and suffer badly from stress and hormonal headaches. This amazing blanket makes me feel amazing, headaches are always gone by the 45 min mark and I’m seeing a reduction in my blood pressure readings. I can not say enough about this! Best purchase in so long, even my husband who has Crohns Disease finds great relief from a session in here (after scoffing that it couldn’t be ‘that good’) Now my mum and sister come over to get in and are considering buying their own. Very happy with the PEMF Matt and PEMF chair mat. Customer service is first class and respond very quick with the answer to what you ask. Great products and service.

The mini mat and sauna blanket are good quality. The ZeoTech support was very helpful.

I love the Tens Machine. It kinda feels like a little electric shocks. But I really love it when I have a flareup. I work full time as a hairdresser and I’m able to just stick that on my belly and keep working it’s great

Customer service is amazing but had to return the sauna blanket…twice. First time it arrived and the plug was broken. I received a replacement but quickly realised the cord length is far too short. You cannot change the temperature without getting out of the blanket. Major product flaw!! Stunned how is passed product tbh

Unbelievable Service - well done!! Ordered PEMF Mat but it did not suit. ZoeTech issued a return docket immediately and once the parcel was lodged at the Post Office a full refund was issued. There was no back and forth it was really simple and immediate action. I cannot thank them enough as I did not expect such great service. Again thank you so much, really appreciate it.

I am not satisfied with their service and quality.

The good:

Great service. Receiving and returning were fast and efficient.

The not-so-good:

It's stated as low EMF. Maybe for magnetic fields but for electric fields, it is very high, actually above the detection limit of 1000 V/M. Manufacturers need to use special EMF shielding for electric fields in products otherwise the product is no safer than an electric blanket.

The blanket IS a Heat blanket. The "PEMF" description is miss leading, in my opinion.
However I have kept the mat as the heat from it seems to give me some temporary relief.
