Our fulfilment centre has been overloaded with orders and coupled with the shipping delays plaguing the UK ports at the moment, has failed to maintain the standards expected in terms of dispatching orders.

As I am sure you are aware, container ports around the world are dealing with severe backlogs when booking containers in. UK ports are experiencing particularly high volumes as a result of that combined with additional traffic from stockpiling ahead of the end of the transition period.

We stand by the quality of our product and believe that you will love your Infrared Sauna Blanket once it arrives, but we also understand the frustration caused by the late arrival of your order and for this, we are extremely sorry.

Migraine Headband

I always suffer from migraines and headaches and use ice packs singular and they never stay in the one place and it makes it difficult to try and get rid of it. I came across the Zoe Tech Migraine Headband and saw that is exactly what I needed. Since I have received my order I have used it regularly even for tension headaches. Best thing I have purchased its a game changer. Love it and highly recommend.

Life changing for my 12 year old

I bought this for my 12 year old who has horrendous periods, often sick with pain and off school. Docs just provided some anti sickness pills and very strong pain killers which I didn’t feel comfy with. So I found Zoe!

It’s life changing! She will still cramp but can actually walk around, and is less in pain. I highly recommend this and so does she!

Migraine headband

Purchased the migraine headband (hoping not to have to use it) but woke up today with quite a nasty headache which wasn't dulled by the usual pain meds. So, popped the headband on and was able to doze off with it on quite easily. It's a really pleasant distraction from the pain.

No delivery

Hi Sarah, unfortunately I can’t give a positive review about my experience. I ordered the Sauna Blanket on September 14th and to this date I still have not received my package. I am aware of a backlog of parcels and the added problems COVID is causing relating to delivery times but 30 days is exceptionally long delay from Adelaide. Australia post tells me that it is on its way but they simply change the delivery day so I’m not sure if and when my order will arrive

Again, I'm so sorry to hear that you haven't received your parcel :( I can see that we handed over your parcel to the courier and since then there have been limited tracking updates.

Due to the current restrictions in place over multiple states at the moment, there are lessened capacities at many of the larger Australia Post processing warehouses at the moment as they follow health advice and social distancing requirements. Unfortunately Australia Post has advised us since that this still was not enough to clear the significant backlog of packages, and this has resulted in delays across Australia.

Please accept my sincere apologies on behalf of the courier for this delay, and I really hope that this delay did not cause any inconveniences for you.

I can see that there have been recent updates and your order is on the move, meaning it should be delivered very soon!

Fabulous

I purchased 2 butterfly tens machines - one for me and one for my daughter. They arrived very quickly, and I have been using mine regularly. We've not yet tried them for period pain, which is what they have primarily been marketed for. With a broken ankle, my leg muscles are constantly very sore with walking unevenly in a moon boot. This has been fabulous to help reduce the pain

Infared sauna blanket

It is one of the best purchases I’ve made this year. I use the infrared sauna every other day. After I exercise I plug it in, turn the dial go do my dry brushing, slip into my old cotton PJ’s then slide into the blanket for 45mins while listening to Audible. Heaven:)

Depending on how long you pop it in the fridge/freezer for, our cooling Migraine Headband will soothe and calm for approximately 20 - 30 minutes. Just like any cooling/ice pack, it will need to be reinvigorated every now and then in the fridge/freezer to help it reach its full potential :)

Migraine Ice pack

I have received my migraine ice pack and have used it already, it’s perfect!! I no longer need to hold an ice pack to my forehead when I’m having a migraine. I definitely need to get a second one 😊
