Excellent product, highly recommend

Such an amazing product that actually works! Hugh quality that works exactly as described. Competitive prices with excellent customer service. This included efficient troubleshooting when a discount wasn’t applied at checkout-this issue was resolved without fuss and to an excellent standard.

Arrived quickly

Arrived quickly. We love it. I’m very surprised how hot it gets. I’ve used it as a sauna and on a lower temp for a warm relaxation session and love both.
We bought this as a way to relax and have some ‘me’ time during Melbourne lockdowns. So glad we did.

Disappointing

Purchased TENS machine and infrared sauna blanket. Products work fine but not worth what you pay for, didn’t receive any updates or email replies when they have problem orders - had to send a message via Facebook multiple times for a reply/update. For the price you pay for, communication and customer service is very disappointing. Would rather pay for products from competitors where updates and shipping is prompt. I hope to never have problems with the products I purchased from Zoetech with the service I’ve received so far, specially that the warranty page on their website doesn’t mention warranty but only “delivery and returns”.

I haven’t received my order yet

I haven’t received my order yet, and I emailed asking for an update on my pre order and was told it still hasn’t cleared customs yet, I wonder if I hadn’t emailed if I would have been informed about the delay. I really hope I receive it soon

Awesome

I ordered 2 of these headache beanies and I have more relief with these than pain killers. The fact that I can wear it and fall asleep makes it perfect. I usually swap them out since I keep them on for a few hours so will consider buying more and never running out or have to wait until the other gets cold between switches.

Absolutely love this product

Absolutely love this product. I have tried other brands of TENS machines before for my chronic abdominal pain and this is by far the best design. Have worn every day for the past 20 days and still no skin irritation despite my extremely sensitive skin. Only wish there was a longer session time option than 30 minutes.

Love the design, and it works!

BAD:
Maybe this is same with every other product but the adhesive worn out pretty darn fast… Its been like one week straight I have been wearing this and its already falling from my skin. It is going to be pretty pricy if I have to change the adhesive gel pad every month. It is summer now and maybe I sweat a lot but still….

GOOD:
I was interested in these product for a long time but never tried it because other brands that I saw had a cord hanging and that seemed inconvenient. When I saw this design, I knew it is my time to buy. I love the design, it is compact and easy to carry.

I have mild camp but it last for long time and I also have ovulation pain. It works for both, its great!

The ice pack especially the front one…

The ice pack especially the front one does not stay cold for very long. Pretty disappointed overall especially for the cost.

Depending on how long you pop it in the fridge/freezer for, our cooling Migraine Headband will soothe and calm for approximately 20 - 30 minutes. Just like any cooling/ice pack, it will need to be reinvigorated every now and then in the fridge/freezer to help it reach its full potential :)

Great sauna blanket

My ZoeTech sauna blanket is everything I expected, amazing quality, works a dream! Only downfall is customer service, I asked a question regarding if there was a built in timer as my blanket only heats up for around 40 mins before turning off. Couldn’t find any info on FAQ page or specifications so I’m hoping not faulty but would be nice to have a longer session.

I love the tens machine

I love the tens machine, it works really well! However every so often it gives really big random zaps. I've gotten used to it but I used to jump and yell out.

Migraine Headband…

I have had migraines for a long time gaining minimal relief from tablets etc. I decided to try the Migraine Headband and have finally found a quick and natural way to ease the pain of these headaches. Very happy with this product.

Couldnt be happier with the product…

Couldnt be happier with the product it's deffintly reduced the pain. Took a day or two to get used to being shocked but its not the first thing I grab when I'm in pain.
