Ordered a leather jacket for my son..

Received a polyester piece of crap.

They want £30 to return it.

How is this legal???

Total scam never buy from this site all goods are fake and the poorest quality you can imagine they don't refund and charge you if you return anything

I wish I had looked on Trustpilot before ordering from this company. I had no idea the goods were coming from China. When they did arrive (two cardigans) they were smaller than expected and the finishing was terrible. I asked to return them and was told that it would cost me at least £30. Why should I be paying to return them to China when my contract was with Zola London? I eventually got a 20% discount and have now reluctantly agreed to keep them. My advise would be to avoid this website.

Sizing is all wrong -husband ordered 3XL shirt, it’s so small it fits my medium sized son.

Email advised me I’d have to send it back to CHINA myself, at a cost starting at £30 and would take 3-4 weeks. This company has no base in UK - no where in its terms does it state that you have to send items to China for refund. Do not use this company. I wish we’d seen the reviews first.

If there was a 0 option, I’d pick that. In fact it’s more negative figures. Do not order from Zola London. Firstly, they say it’s Europe based, but it’s not. It’s really cheap merchandise made in China that copies other people’s designs, so badly that they don’t even begin to resemble the product you ordered. When you complain, they’ll tell you that it’ll cost you £30 to return the items. After just over a month I managed to get them to say they’ll refund my order, but surprise surprise, they haven’t! Now they’re saying they won’t. Thankfully, I can claim via Visa who will recover from them. However, take this as fair warning. You won’t receive what you think you’re ordering. They won’t give you your money back, even if they say they will, and they’ll say that you haven’t complained, even when the email thread is there for all to see. I think they just try and make it so difficult that you’ll give up. They deliberately mislead people into buying extremely poor products.
I urge you to find the actual vendors of the designs and order from them, that way you’re more likely to get what you ordered.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS WEBSITE. Coming from china. Scammers under a LONDON name and co.uk website. Quality is absolutely shocking and trying to return it is impossible.

I bought 2 pairs of cargo style trousers from the website and like all of the other reviews on here, the items were terrible, cheap and nothing like the pictures. On one pair, the button hole isn't even cut through so you cannot actually do the trousers up.

They offered me the 10% refund or send it back to China for a minimum of £30. I have asked for the return form 3 times and they have ignored this request. Currently my offer from them stands at 35% refund and 50% off from the website.

I contacted my bank though their app and they put me in touch with their fraud/scams department who were great! They took some information from me and have provisionally refunded me the FULL amount whilst they investigate my claim.

I cannot stress enough that if this has also happened to you - contact your bank and see what they can do.

Two jackets I ordered 3XXL was so small it was a child jacket fuming got 7 days to return it and it takes two months to arrive in china. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM

Do not under any circumstances use this scam company,please,please,please read the reviews. I did not get what I paid for supposed to be quality products, certainly not cheap prices, what arrived was poor quality no labeling on the items size or product information. Only one item arrived today as soon as I saw the package 22cm X 18cm containing a 2xl sized jumper alarm bells rang, it's absolute rubbish, too small not anywhere resembling the price charged.I made a costly mistake please do not do the same. Reading the reviews it's pointless raising the issue with Zola if I had researched a little more I would not have placed any order, BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from Zola London. I ordered a winter coat which was delivered and the coat itself was OK quality, but it just doesn't suit me. I want to return the item, and I understand I need to send it back to China at a cost of around £30. That's ok - I paid £80 for it so even if I get something back, its better than nothing. I have contacted the customer service email and they will not give me the return address. I have tried three times to get the address from them and still have not received it. So I have no way of returning the item for a refund and am stuck with something I won't wear. Bad company to deal with.

Please please please don't order from this company. Wool coat turned out to be bri nylon, too small, no labels, no shipping notes, deceptive website re returns and quality of products. Really wished I had of reviewed on this site before I sent my order. Also they say to return to china at a minimum cost of £30 however the goods were shipped from Feltham!!! Dreadful company

Website looks great and items look amazing but on delivery which takes ages package turns up in plastic bag and it's dupe shien/ temu items with a £30+ bill to return with this response: Thank you for your email.
We have received your request to return your order, and I am happy to assist you today. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, so the customer will need to pay for the return shipment to our warehouse in Asia. Please note that the shipping cost to return your item to China starts at £30,-.

Total SCAM. Selling inferior products that are not as described on the website. I bought a men’s cardigan and only realised after pal I g the order it was coming from China, despite a listed address in The Netherlands on website. The sleeves were too short as in poorly made.
Then start the utter poor customer service ref returning the product to china at £30, making it not working the effort. I was happy to return the garnet to the address noted on the website. I took snapshots of the return policy and listed address and emailed these facts to customer services but they wouldn’t accept this.
Total awful clothing, company to avoid at all costs.

Whatever you do do NOT order from this company their products are inferior nothing like advertised if you want to return them you have to pay £30 to send them back to China!! or they will give you 10% of the cost I spent a lot of money on a woollen coat and quite honestly I don’t think I’d even do my gardening in it it was so disgusting if you have any sense NEVER EVER deal with this company they should really be taken To The Trading Standards in fact that’s what I will do

Oh my god, wish I had read the reviews! I ordered two items. One was nice the other awful. Call themselves Zola London, but are in fact China😬 Should have known! They want £30 fir a return but the item is a piece of rubbish. Avoid at all costs!!
