Zola London 

This lot are a total scam. I ordered a men’s casual leather jacket in black. It looks good on their pictures. The description states again and again it is leather.

IT IS NOT. It is some kind of thin vinyl, light, flimsy and fake.

It took weeks to get. I will try to return it tomorrow. This must surely be a trading standards issue.

3rd March update. They replied to my complaint very quickly by saying that I wanted to start a return and ignoring their fraud of selling me a plastic jacket advertised as leather.

OBVIOUSLY they want me to pay £30 to send it to China. There is no mention of China on their web site, all geo references of Zola ‘London’ are in Amsterdam.

Once customers realise they’ve been ripped off if anyone can bear to deal with them for a return they get £30 income for a return service they probably don’t use and likely dump the products in landfill

This is a terrible company with awful products that look nothing like the pictures. Delivery was by snail and after 3 months I am still waiting for one product to even arrive!?! Despite weeks of trying to return items that did arrive and are very poor quality they are avoiding responding keeping asking for more time. I am in the process of making a report to U.K. Trading Standards as I believe they have breached regulations. I am still waiting for any service or a refund. It feels criminal. I would never purchase anything from them again.

A terrible company to deal with. The items were cheaply made copies of the photos on their website. When I asked to return the items they repeatedly offered discounts, which I refused. I had to send the items back to China costing £26. They have been held up in Customs in China for over a month and no refund has been issued. I have reported them to my credit card company who are now dealing with the dispute.

I would give zero stars is possible. The clothing comes from China without any labels of any type, including washing instructions. The order was delayed several times, the sizing is completely out, all far too small. To exchange requires sending the items back to China at a postage cost of £30. This company is based in Amsterdam, shipping from China on order.

If I could give this company a zero star I would because they don't even deserve a one star. DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.
I ordered 2 jumpers and decided to cancel them on the same day and according to there website they would be happy to cancel any order as long the item has not been shipped so I thought there would be no problem, how wrong was I, their automated
email service kept saying that since it was being processed the item couldn't be cancelled. Your emails are answered by a machine. Have given all my emails to the international consumer body and my bank will take up dispute.

Sadly…my experience echos the same

Contacted twice now and after reading the reviews not expecting to see a refund forthcoming

Where do I start from. Took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive. The coats look nothing like the image or description and the quality was extremely poor.

If l could give this company a 0 rating l would!! I ordered two jumpers in January that apparently were "delivered" but didn't arrive!
Many many emails later and still NO Solution! The same old response, we are looking in to it!
I will now go to the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets as this is unacceptable.

AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!
I bought 4 ‘cashmere’ jumpers from them and
received TWO acrylic jumpers. After much emailing them quoting consumer act 2015 (which says seller needs to pay for return postage for ‘items not as described’ they offered me 1st 10% refund, then 20%, then 30% then 50% refund if I kept items OR pay £30 to send them back to China for full refund . (Return address on the parcel was a UK address.)
I threatened legal action. I pursued a chargeback from my bank (which I got) and the bank said they would also investigate the fraud.
Then 6 days later I get an email from ZOLA saying they will give me 100% refund IF I close the dispute & communicate just with them, but this doesn’t mean the ‘payment to the seller will be voided’. Ha! Too late!

DO NOT be fobbed off by these fraudsters.
They MUST be reported.

SCAM !!!! Zero stars !!! Nane Zola-London, company registered in Netherlands, good sending from China. Ordered at the beginning of the January, do not receive any item yet any answer from customer service. Today is 16th February

Don't be fooled by their professional website. My experience revealed:

Product Issues:
• Advertised as "Reversible Winter Jacket" - NOT actually reversible
• Unbranded, poor quality product despite premium pricing
• Care labels visible when reversed - unwearable both sides

Business Red Flags:
• Claims to be UK/Netherlands based but returns go to CHINA
• £30 return shipping fee to deter refunds
• Uses automated responses to complaints
• Tries to settle with partial refunds (started at 10%, increased to 50%)

Save your money and shop elsewhere. This company appears to deliberately mislead customers with professional-looking listings while delivering EXTREMELY INFERIOR PRODUCTS

I hope you do check this website's reviews here because I can confirm that it is a scam. I blindly purchased a coat for my boyfriend and I received something completely different or zero quality or looks. Now they do not reply to my emails. Complete disappointment! Good luck.

This is a scam I wished I had thought to do a check before parting with my money, they answered emails, but still no goods have arrived, they blamed the delivery company, then told me I could sent back my goods was the only way I could get a refund, I needed the goods first to be able to send back, I told them that my contract was with them and not the delivery company I now get the same email each time stating they will pass this on ,I am gutted DONT USE THIS SITE

Does not even deserve one star! Never got my order of two coats. Lost the coats and my money!! Ongoing since beginning of January and still won’t help or resolve.
Tried to email - not helpful at all. Total scammers.
Got my credit card company investigating this now.
Do not order anything.

Extremely poor quality. Sweaters arrived ripped and even the arms were not sewn up. I ordered 3 items but only two items arrived (fit for the bin).
They are based in china and all returns cost £30.
Poor communication, they don’t answer the question you’re asking. Items look lovely but they are so poor. Please avoid and don’t waste your money.

If I could put no stars I would.
Clothing is of an unacceptable standard not even just for what they are charging, its cheap nasty and badly made. Returns cost £30 or they offer you 10% refund and keep the item... that no one in their right mind would wear anyway
