Scam. Item was sent but not as shown on website. Sent poorly packaged from china. Found out this is a legit scammer since receiving item

Item took months to arrive. A woollen dress which arrived as a polyester jumper and skirt. Poor quality. Poor sizing. Just don’t even bother. Could kick myself for being taken in.

Waited ages only to receive inferior product. The sizes are an absolute joke. The adult sizes would not even fit a child. They are now not responding to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are crooks. I ordered black trainers and they changed to brown. I got the confirmation and asked them to amend the order 5 days before they had been dispatched, but they said they couldn’t. “Zola LONDON” are in China. Don’t insult our country by operating your scamming company with that tittle. They did however offer for me to send the £40 shoes back for a minimum of £30 postage… morons

Scam, cheap Chinese copy. advertised as 100% cashmere , label inside says 100% polyester. Do not buy may do a small claims court case against them just for fun.

I wanted to send it back and got told to send it back it's £30 postage back to Asia . I mean really for the faux stuff they offer and cost . They now want you to send it back at your own cost. This company is a scam and should be removed and shut down. Consumer rights are being exploited.
I am sure people don't know your buying stuff from China.

I would not give this company any stars - quality of product not as I expected and when I asked to return an item I was informed it would need to be returned to their warehouse in Asia which would cost me £30 for postage ( which was more than the cost of the item !!!) The returns policy does not give a return address .
Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered as I would have definitely not given them a second glance.

I would never buy from here again I made the mistake of ordering then checking reviews and I'm so annoyed with myself the item came size small it absolutely huge and the quality is shocking nothing like the picture, t was £70 I wouldn't of paid £20 if I'd of known the quality etc I can't believe this hasn't been shut down

I would give this company no stars if possible. Item arrived today and didn't resemble the product I ordered in any way, shape or form. Cheap and nasty rubbish and arrived a lot later than anticipated so assume it's from China. For a £50 warm winter shirt, it's more like a Temu reject. Truly awful. Will be contacting PayPal for a refund as they don't answer e mails
Update they promised a 50% refund which never arrived. I have subsequently reported this company to trading standards and the police. I have also contacted the BBC Watchdog show. I feel everyone on here who have been scammed like me should do the same to get them closed down!

Ordered a adult men's jacket which was advertised as extreme weather proof.
The jacket that turned up was on the outside similar to the picture but the material was thin and certainly not extreme weather proof and the size was medium for a child NOT adult.
Not returning as it will cost half the price with no guarantee of a refund.
Avoid this company like the plague!!!

Placed an order on 12 Jan still waiting for it to arrive, asked for a refund they refused because they had sent it. Absolute Scam do not buy from them. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I also wish I’d read the reviews!

Scammers. The clothes took 3 weeks to arrive but more importantly the quality is awful and size is well off.

Good honest people are working hard enough to make ends meet as it is and these awful people take advantage of us. I have lost nearly £100 . Return costs are more than the item and I’m not sure I would receive the refund if I sent the item back.

OMG!! Big mistake if only I checked the reviews before ordering. There is not 1 good review of this company. This company really is a big scam. They call themself Zola London. And no mention of them based in china. I’ve learned a lesson now to check on reviews before buying anything online in future.

Avoid these complete con artists! The clothes come from china which isn’t stated on the website. My item turned up after 2 weeks and isn’t what I ordered. Not only is it the wrong item but also the wrong size. It’s a cheaply made tacky jacket! The contact number is in the Netherlands but they don’t pick up. They emailed me back saying I have to pay £30 postage to send it back to china to get a refund! Stay away from zola London as it’s a scam.

UPDATE
After agreeing to a 50% refund on the item they no longer respond to messages.
It cost £8.70 to return the item to china not £30 they want from you. They want all your bank info that isn’t necessary. This WILL lead to part 2 of the scam by emptying your bank.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.zola London is cheap rubbish from china. Nothing to do with London at all.
Jacket was fake. 3 sizes too small. Asked for refund label , told the return would cost me in excess of £30 to return to china but they’d give me 10% off if I kept it!! I’m not 10 , it doesn’t fit!! Still not received an address to return and to be honest I doubt I’d get a refund if I did !!

Do not buy!
As you can see from previous reviews this company is scam, they sent me a jacket about half of the size as it should be - I ordered a man size M and received a jacket suitable for 5-6 years old child. Now I am working with Lloyds bank to get my money back, as there is no where to send this item back.

Poor quality

Wish I’d read the review before ordering on Zola-London! Suspect the London is added to mislead as items takes weeks to come (apparently from China) and whilst you can return per their policy the return postage is at your cost which would be acceptable until you find out (once you want to return) that items need to be returned to China at a cost of £30.
