Awful scam ordered large leather jacket, sizing chart all wrong, would fit a small, more like vinyl than leather, came in small screwed up plastic parcel bag, they now want £30 to return for refund or exchange, they are based in China, avoid at all costs

Terrible. Very poor quality clothing. Not true to size. Very slow delivery. Not even a care label in the products. Slow to respond to a return request. AVOID THEM!

DO NOT ORDER - SCAM COMPANY! I hadn't looked at reviews until after I ordered, when I did I asked to CANCEL my ORDER that had NOT BEEN shipped yet. They refused to cancel and sent Order out with lightening speed. The image states it's a knitted cardigan and it's a PRINTED IMAGE OF KNITTING on the worse fabric I've ever felt in my life.

This website is a complete con. It shows pictures of clothing items that have been taken from other sites so you think you’ll get what’s in the picture. Believe me, you don’t! Sub standard, poor quality pieces that are nothing like what you thought you were paying good money for. Avoid anything to do with it if you want to safely shop. You can send it back but it will cost you more than you paid for it.

Do not buy from this company, they are scammers in China. What they send you will not resemble the item you thought you were buying, they will offer a refund if you spend £30 sending it to China, or have 10% off. Either way, you are throwing money away, it is a scam!

Awful company. Ordered a hoodie for my daughter, USING HER BIRTHDAY MONEY. It was awful when it arrived. The quality is truly terrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As others have said, THEY WILL NOT OFFER A REFUND BUT ASK FOR £30 TO RETURN THE ITEM TO CHINA. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I usually check reviews but for some reason I didn’t hear.

Absolutely dreadful company. Do not order from them. Scam. They are based in China and if you have to return an item you have to pay to return to China. £30+ pounds return. Ordered a denim jacket that came and was tiny, looked nothing like what was being advertised.

I wish I have read these reviews before . I ordered few jackets here and only half of them reached me after more than a month . When there says 6-8 days . After I requested a return they keep sending me the same email over and over again . Is like a machine is answering. Please don’t fall into this SCAM like I did and a lot of us did. Read the reviews .. all have the same problem . I want to return and get my money back but they keep offering me 10% and 20% .. is just ridiculous 😡

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a pair of trainers. I assumed that Zola London were UK based but they are not they are based in Asia.
I received a pair of bad quality trainers but the worst thing was that they were at least 2 sizes too small. If you want to return them it costs £30.
Please do not even consider buying anything from this company.

Terrible quality. Not UK company (as you would believe due to the name) . Actually from China. When you are inevitably unhappy with your order they will try to charge you an extortionate amount to send it back to China. Customer service is terrible, they don't want to help and don't listen. Please don't get scammed like I have.

Ordered a cashmere reversible scarf. When it arrived it was neither reversible nor cashmere. When I asked for return Form I was told I was responsible for return shipping cost, minimum £30 to Asia (scarf only cost £30) but as a goodwill gesture I could keep it and they give me £3.
Disgusting!
After a lot of back and forth, I eventually received a 50% refund but still be very wary!

Don’t not use this company !
They charged me twice as much as the actual item cost to return it.

If I could put zero stars I would !

Avoid at All Costs – Misleading Company & Appalling Quality

I wish I had checked reviews before ordering from Zola London. What I received was nothing like the item advertised. The cardigan was cheap, poorly made, and not fit for purpose—completely different from the photos on their website.

To make matters worse, their customer service is an absolute joke. When I requested a return, they informed me that I would have to pay to ship it back to China (despite ordering from what appeared to be a UK-based company). They then had the audacity to offer me a 10% refund to keep the item—which is insulting, given how bad it is.

This is classic misleading online retail behaviour, and I strongly advise against buying from them. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Do not but from them, I thought my item was with yodel and waiting for delivery. Some how they send data to say parcel was in the UK. Yet when I rang yodel, the physical parcel wasn't even in the country..SCAM

I ordered 3 cardigans : 1 yellow “Elegant cashmere cardigan” and 2 “Stylish cashmere cardigans”, according to the website descriptions. On receiving the garments, I discovered that the yellow one’s label reads “95% polyester, 5% spandex, but the other 2 have no labels at all. None of them resemble the quality of material suggested in the photos on the website. The customer service lady, Kim, was extremely polite, but had to follow returns procedures: items to be returned to China at a postal rate starting at £30, on the customer’s cost. She offered an alternative: 10% refund and the option of me keeping the items. The quality of the cardigans is extremely disappointing, not to say misleading, as the description clearly states that the material is cashmere. I will be donating them to our local charity shop. An expensive experience which I will never allow myself to repeat.
