Do NOT ever order from this appalling company! I have been scammed out £61.16! They promise items will be dispatched the next day then say your orders on its way then say they are just getting the order ready! I ordered one item only for them to duplicate the item thus taking two lots of money out of my account! Please be warned!

DO NOT BUY FROM ZOLA. THEY ARE FRAUDS.
The same story as all the others ... wished I had done the homework. Took an age to arrive, wrong product and appalling quality and now they will not refund.
Disgraceful, disappointing and very cross with myself for being so taken in. This is not ZOLA LONDON. This is ZOLA CHINA

Do not buy anything from these! Product is awful, looks nothing like the picture and is so cheaply made when you try it on. They then charge £30 to refund it. Scam!!!

Scam. Paid for an item weeks ago and nothing. Emails from 'customer support' just say there's nothing they can do and no you can't have arefund.

Worst company ever, I only wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before purchasing what they described clothing as a good quality and isn’t is a total waste of money I spent £130 and all the items I bought there went straight to the bin, please do not buy anything from this site, it is so misleading and the products shown are nothing like as described in the images. They are not in London either, they are based in China and the return cost £30 or more and it could takes 3 to 4 weeks to get your money back if you are lucky. Or they only offer a refund of 10% of the total amount

Do not order from here! They are based in Holland and returns are sent back to china and I have to pay 30! To return a 80£ coat!!! BEWARE!!!

Was quickly searching for a soft cashmere scarf for my daughter and was rushing. Oh what a mistake! Saw what I thought to be a lovely scarf on Zola London. I imagined the company to be based in …London! Silly me. They are a scam company based in china! So I have waited 10 days and watched its torturous process across half the world and they have bombarded my email inbox with nonsense updates and tracking. Anyway it’s arrived today and of course it’s not cashmere. Probably not even a wool mix. Probably could have got somewhere else for £8 or less. It’s a joke that company’s like this can operate in the uk and rip us off and take our hard earned cash. So my next step is recharge on my credit card and trading standards. I have emailed Zola “London” but not holding my breath. I will be more careful next time

Don't order from Zola London, they are in fact a Chinese company, waiting forever for my order, all I get is an e mail every day saying it is on it's way, doubt very much if it will ever arriveJ

No stars would be more applicable. This company is duping customers. Items take weeks to arrive and are completely wrong sizes - large coat ordered - it's more small to medium.

When asking for a refund - I'm told it will cost me £30 to return it to China or instead they can refund 10 % of the purchase price and I can keep the item.

I paid £69.95 in good faith for a coat which is absolutely of no use to me.

Zola - London return policy does not state that items are shipped to China or that the cost to the customer is £30. I doubt any sales would be made if buyers were fully aware of this.

Trading Standards need to intervene - many more customers have been caught out by this company. Complete underhanded sharp practice.

Absolute sham of a company. Not based in London as per the name. Based in Netherlands but returns have to be made to China and they charge you £30 for doing so. Would not let me have an address to post to even when I offered to pay for the postage (it would not have cost £30). Purchased two cashmere scarves - they are clearly not cashmere. Company refused to refund full price and would only refund 10% of purchase price.

I received an order of badly made items, arms would fit a child, Chinese sizes so far too small, nothing like the pictures, I have nothing good to say. Would give 0 star if possible.
Sadly I bought a coat & 2 oversized sweatshirts… never again…

I ordered acoat from Zola London .Poor quality much too small. Asked to return told the cost £30 to send to China.This scam company based in China would you believe.Not mentioned on their website.Beware avoid at all costs.

This is a complete scam , the clothes are substandard not sized correctly and offer 10% refund or shipping costs of £30 back to China. There is a phone number for customer services in the Netherlands which is dead and they are based in China but called Zola- London. One you have purchased they have you over a barrel with the return shipping costs. Steer clear at all costs

Paid my money, no delivery
Asked for refund but was told I cant have one as goods dispatched
Still no delivery 3 weeks later

Yet again duped by a cheap clothing company with products from China. Poor access to return policy on website, poor quality clothing (static electricity is awesome!!) and, as other have said, £30 starting charges for return.
Don't buy anything.

I bought a coat for 100 pounds and it took almost 2 weeks to arrive and when it did arrive it was a cheap thin coat which wasn't the same as the picture.
EDIT: they allowed me to return it but at a cost of £30 to China but overall scam company

Never never buy anything from this company, I would say it’s a scam, the coat I have bought looks nothing like the picture on the website, I’ve paid £55 but what I received is not even worth £10.

Do not buy from this company. Giving a uk address when buying.
Ordered a woolen cardigan that looked really nice
Received a bit of scrappy material think it was viscose I wouldn't know
Contacted them to say it wasn't what I had ordered then said I had to pay 30pound for return.
Offered me 10 % of the money back..
Went to the bank and told the. I had been scammed had money returned via bank. They then had the cheek to send an aggressive email back they were fuming I had got the bank involved.
According to their returns site they are in the Netherlands but on this occasion I needed to return items to Taiwan.
They are scammers and as I can see others have been scammed.

I bought a Cashmere jumper from these people ,after its eventual arrival it was obviously not cashmere as well as being the wrong size ,no labels and very poor quality. When I requested a refund they asked for£30 postage or I could keep the item and they would refund 10%, so I give up ,a lesson in life!
