I have been done over, of only Ihad red the reviews. I ordered two different coloured cashmere polo neck jumpers. I got two of the same colours. The company portrays as being based in London, only to find out items are coming from China. Clothing has no fabric labels. Avoid them at all cost.

I have had the same experience as other reviewers. I ordered a jacket, then because I accepted the 15% discount, they sent me two jackets. I immediately emailed them to say I did not want two jackets and could not amend the order. They said it had already been shipped. I paid £4.99 for 3-5 day delivery and after chasing order received it after 20 days. The jacket(s) were too small so when I went to make a return they quoted minimum of £30 to send to Asia but I could have a 10% discount and keep the jackets which I have accepted - better than nothing. Have been trying to get through to Halifax to see if I can get my money refunded but they don't make that easy so getting nowhere. I too wish I had read these reviews, total scam. Something should be done to close this company down. Discussed

Another update, the cashmere jumpers are not cashmere, they're not even wool they are cheap elastic material. The leather jacket is not leather but a cheap plastic material. Please please buyer beware, do not hand over any cash, I have sent 15 emails within 5 days and they keep saying they'll offer me a discount, or I pay £30 P & P, I still have not received the Returns Form that I have asked for 15 times. I am now trying to get my bank involved to help me reclaim at least some of my money back. Wish I had brought from Debenhams.

Whilst I eventually got a 50 percent refund to keep the merchandise I would not buy from here again. No presence in London, China made and China shipped but I think the company must be in the Netherlands. Selling cashmere jumpers but no labelling to authenticate the product, suspect no cashmere and no label for that reason. Sizing is completely wrong. I would say a large us a uk size 12/14, no label at all so sizes again cannot be authenticated. If you want to return goods you will be told to meet your own cost at 30 pounds. You will then go into a prolonged negotiation to keep the goods and just receive a discount. They are just jumping on the bandwagon of many, many retailers selling goods made cheaply in China where workers probably earn a pittance, have few worker rights.

This company is complete crap. Poor quality like all these companies. I shall only ever buy from well known brands and not Chinese crap. They can keep it. Never again.

Absolutely don't buy from this company. Cheap Chinese stuff that you can get for a fraction of he price from Temu. No way you can return items without paying at least £30 to be returned to China.. they offer you 10% refund as a favour. con con con..

Reluctant to give even 1 star. Had the exact same experience as everyone else it seems. Product arrived without any labels, washing labels or information on material. The jumper ordered was very poorly made, infact unwearable and only refund available after paying a minimum of £30 to ship back to the warehouse in China even though sent from a U.K. address. Offered a 10% refund and to keep the product but it’s so badly made you’d feel bad donating to a charity shop. Please avoid this website. Do not purchase anything from here.

My order came today and it's a disgrace. Wish I'd read the comments first. They definitely sent the wrong size. I'm going to instruct my bank to reclaim the money. Scam Scam Scam. It's supposed to be a coat I'd have to wear another coat to keep warm.

They sent a coat that was about two sizes smaller than the XL I paid for,I sent email explaining everything then sent a photo they came back saying it Wii cost me £30+to send it back to china or they would give me 10%of the cost price and I can keep the coat that is two sizes smaller,Y are they aloud to say they are in London when you have to wait up to two weeks for delivery and then pay for returns to China Shouldn’t be aloud.

Absolutely disgusting to deal with. Bought a coat for £55 which looks nothing like the website. Cheap and shoddy, bits of thread hanging off, the stuffing coming out of the hood.
Went to return it, of course they will, prices start from £30 to ship to China, or they will offer me 10% as a good will gesture. Nowhere does it state on their website the costs of return. Disgusting, should not be able to trade.

Oh I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered the goods which took ages to arrive the cashmere sweater is a cheap material and the leather jacket is nothing like the one shown it doesn't even have a fur hood avoid this site at all costs. Now I have to try and get my money back

If this happens to you,ring your bank to raise a dispute.you may get your money back.keep the emails from the company but dont respond to them/give them any further money.I wish I'd read this before ordering from them.ordered "cashmere" loungewear at sale price 49.99,2 sizes to check.what arrived is cheap polyester.they don't even fulfil what they state the returns process is when you request one-they inform you it will cost at least £30 to return items to China at cost to the customer.or,(how kind of them)you can keep the items&they'll refund me 10%.this is a scam&needs closing down.big learning curve for me.

Firstly, the name Zola London implies that it is UK based...wrong!
The website states its a company based in the Netherlands...wrong again!
They are actually a dodgy Chinese company selling stuff that wouldn't be fit for a charity shop.
I ordered a mens winter coat for £45...Great pic of it on the website. When it finally arrived here, after about 25 tracking updates of it being on various aeroplanes,ships etc, it was nothing like the picture on the website.
Close inspection sees its very cheaply made with almost stuck on,cheap zippers on it. Not even worth complaining as you have to pay a fortune to send it back to Vhina, so they offer you 25% off another purchase. I don't want any more shite from them,so why would I even take this option. 1 star given cos its impossible to choose a minus score. Horrible, just horrible, and it's about time these conning cheeky gets were stopped from trading in the UK.

Absolutely shocking and disappointing. There is no way my ‘stylish cashmere cardigan’ is either. And tellingly no labels or information re fabric, washing instructions etc., (isn’t that a legal requirement?) And no proper buttonholes. Delivery took ages. Please do not order from this company. I agree with a previous review. They should not be trading or be honest with what they are marketing.

The best thing this company/website can do is shutdown rather than conning people with images of good quality garments and then supplying the end user with some poor example which has been manufactured in China using inferior materials.Short changed myself by not reading trust pilot first.
