Zonegears

I was new to this site and their products and found those goods quality are promising. I have contacted with their customer care and it was good customer service and support that they provided to me. I loved the product "Handcrafted Gnome Love Family". Wanna see those in my garden sooner the better.

I absolutely love ZoneGears. The site was so easy navigate, it made shopping a very nice experience. The "Lovely Steel Branch Gnomes" are just what I have been looking for. We recently bought a new home, and these are just what was missing from rock garden under my window. Customer service was absolutely delightful, and the shipping time was faster than the estimated time. Thank you ZoneGears!

The gnome product i purchased last week is of good quality and the rate the product was delivered to me was awesome(very fast) am looking forward to purchase more of this product.

I bought some gnomes and a solar watering can as Christmas presents and although I'm pretty sure I put an initial review up at the time, I thought I'd follow up now with this review after I've had time to mull it over since opening them all. The Knight gnomes were cute but a lot smaller than I anticipated but the gift was appreciated by the recipient. The light up gnomes (i ordered two) had one with a faulty underpart and it was hanging off with all the wires on show so I had to mend that and re-glue it before giving it as a present. The solar watering can was atrocious and very poor quality. There was a section that had no paint on it, the whole thing was open at the top so rain would easily collect in it and affect the battery and despite it saying there was a hook to hang the battery on inside there wasn't, so the battery just sat on the bottom, which would be in all the wet if rained on. I was not impressed with the quality of this item and was embarrassed at having given this as a present to someone I care about. I wouldn't recommend zone gears overall. The website looks great but the products are not worth the money. I definitely won't be ordering anything else from them.

Not only did I get my gnome delivered super fast, but it is the cutest gnome ever! I’m absolutely in love with it. The quality is excellent and I think it has a long life ahead of it. Extremely happy with this purchase!!!

The best decision I made was purchasing the "Knight Gnomes Guard." They shipped fast and fit perfect in my vegetable garden in the backyard. These guys have some pretty cool detail and protect my bale peppers.

Hi this is Juan Martinez I have had a great experience with trust pilots and i highly recommend it to other people. Trust pilots has given me a great experience and is very costumer friendly.

Super good looking garden accessories! Wish I had a bigger garden myself! Also, I am enjoying the indoor lights. Overall- good.

I recently saw an advertisement online for Zone-Gears and saw they were selling garden gnomes. I looked through their website and they looked so cute, I knew that I needed to get one for myself. I got the Holiday Gnome with Broom as I really like watching witch movies -- that being said, I've added these to my garden and I absolutely love how it looks in conjunction with my other plants and other items.

I'm looking to buy more from them.

The gnomes I bought are very high quality and the colors really pop!! I highly recommend!

Amazing company with excellent customer service. Always on time !! I really like all the designs they have

AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!!

This company is big fraud, are very deceptive in their representation. The products are not worth 1/8 fraction of the cost. They are awful! I learnt the hard way. The products are delivered late, so late. When they arrive, products are almost worthless! They look and feel so cheap, recycling wouldn't even want it. When you try to return product, they make it as difficult for you because you have to return all the way back to China, paying for the postage cost and insurance. It's a horrible feeling knowing you've been defrauded. Avoid!!!

What can I say.. I absolutely love your products and services! The gnomes are of such high quality, the delivery of them is very fast, and if you ever have any questions, the support is there to help you with anything !

Cannot wait to order again !!

Ordered 4 Christmas hanging baskets 07/12/2021 at a cost of £93.90. Tried to contact the company on 23/12 saying they would arrive too late as I was away 26/12 - 03/01/2022. They did not arrive till 05/01/2022. If the advert had shown them as coming from China I would never have ordered them. It showed a location in the UK.
They are tacky, disgusting quality, 1/4 of the size advertised and not even complete with everything as in the pictures. I have contacted them several times, where they finally offered a full refund on return of the items to China at a cost to me of £71 or 50% refund if I keep them! They are not worth £1 each!! I paid through Paypal who have been useless in dealing with this, and offered to reimburse me £15 postage if I return them. This company and all its other named companies should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook or anywhere, they are scammers!!!!

I loved the site, absolutely adorable and cute gnomes, a perfect surprise gift and very pleasant one might i add! The prices are really low so its definetly worth it

I am emphatically happy to buy their products in future.zone-gears are selling lots of high quality products named garden decoration, tower food boxes, toys, living room decoration and so on. zone gears also propounds their products with low prices. I personally encourage customers to buy their products. However,I wish them to gain success in global market.

My little brother loves gnomes. This is a great one stop shop for unique gnomes I get him as gifts for his birthday or christmas. the lights gnomes are especially adorable.

Absolute rubbish! Hanging basket turned up wet as bag was split and contents of the basket cheap and nasty! Really small and poorly made. Rip off
