Zone Gears has the best lunch boxes around. There website is very easy to use and I've never had a problem. They always have sales going on so you never have to worry about paying too much. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Love the Gnomes on a branch that I have received (I ordered 3 for presents) and the delivery was on time.
However, when they arrived the fixing is not as advertised.
I ordered the ones that you hammer 9nto a tree based on the picture but received ones that have a bracket and screw holes on.
Not sure how that will fix to my garden trees.

Still havent received my order.Paid for,still no e-mail regarding when and if I'm getting my product!!

I love The lunchbox I got from zonegears, I have taken it with jarred fruit and juice in it without any leaks and there is so much room to hold your food. I packed lunch and snacks for my day in it and was not disappointed. It’s super easy to quickly wash out too, leaving it ready to pack again the next day. I washed by hand in warm water with dish soap and set it on the dry rack. Happy with the purchase

Purchased a Christmas Gnome - the plastic base had every screw missing including the battery compartment.
Very poor quality with no quality control.

I ordered 2 Christmas gnomes from zone gear on 19/12/20 on 25/12/20 I emailed them asking for a refund as the order had not arrived and was for Christmas. A lady called Claudette replied to say they could not refund as the order was dispatched and waiting for a plane to be available for shipment. It is now 29th and I have heard nothing from them except terrible reviews.
Please do not use this site as my goods are obviously never going to arrive.

Received item. Not as described.... website goes on about quality and the item being sewn but it was glued. Took about 3 contacts with customer service where they offered partial refund. Eventually offered full refund and didn’t have to return product but would have preferred to have had the product as ordered in the first place!

Ordered an item over a month ago, still not received. A christmas item so little use if it doesn't arrive soon.

I have not received the item I ordered, and when I track the shipment there is no record of it.
