Ellie contacted me to arrange a management plan for her portfolio of properties, access was arranged promptly and efficiently surveys were carried straight away, have now worked with Ellie and zone property management for a year and it's been a 100% smooth process.

We have provided Health and Safety services to Zone Property Management for the last 3 years (Ablemarsh Safety Consultants Ltd). Ellie and the team are a pleasure to work with. They are well organised and everything always goes smoothly. I hope this relationship continues long into the future.

We have worked as contractors for Zone Property Management, providing fire risk assessments (Ayassessments Ltd). We have communicated with Ellie in the office and she has always been super helpful, providing us with all the necessary documents ahead of our inspections and being forthcoming with any keys and codes, and it's really refreshing to work with a prompt, organised and professional company.

Today the lock of my front door went and I was unable to access my property. James Magri from Zone responded very promptly to my plea for urgent help. Contractors ABC were on site within a few hours and obtained quick access and replaced my locks. It was extremely stressful and Zone really helped me today hence the 5 star rating for maintenance issues.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for James Magri's assistance in resolving an issue. Without his help, the resolution of the matter would not have been possible.

Once again, thank you so much for his contribution to bringing about a positive outcome.
