AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY ARE A SCAM.
Wish I could give them no stars. Reduced the quote of my immaculate iPhone 6 to a ridiculous amount. Asked for it to be returned. Was told it would take 2 weeks.....been waiting longer than this. They don't reply to emails or answer their phone. I'm pretty sure they will have sold my phone on my now.
SCAMING SCUM
Says in website £90 for iPad 2 working sent in my iPad took pictures before hand then got requoted for £20 refused offer , took 2 weeks to get back to me , cracked screen ect , called panorama and they said there already investing this company can't wait
Awful company
Awful company! Quoted £105 for iPhone 5S 16gb, only known damage was a dink to the top left corner. Received an email with a re-quote of £15 and further more i would have to wait 2 weeks to get the handset back!! What a joke!!
Excellent!
Excellent service, great communication. Posted item Monday, cheque received Friday. Would definitely recommend.
sofabed
got my sofabed delivered today by arrowxl would recommend them as the 2 delivery guys kevin and brian couldn't have been more helpful as they unwrapped my sofa and placed it were I wanted it to go and made sure I was happy with it before they went and also took away the wrapping for me couldn't meet 2 more helpful guys than these two xxx
Trust me - they scam you!!
I sent a pristine iPad to them and was quoted a decent price. I posted it making sure it was packaged well!! I have now been re-quoted £27 less as they state that it has "screen burn" and "scratches on the back casing". This is a load of rubbish! It wasn't hardly used and had a case on it, protecting it from scratches. I wish I had read all the reviews prior to sending it! Trust me and don't post it to them. They will quote you high and then fabricate something to pay you less!!! Never again!!
do not use them
As others have said, do not use this company. They make you a high offer to get you to send your device then make up some bs excuse why they have to pay you a lot less.
DO NOT USE
we were offered £202 for an iphone 6 but when they got it they only offered us £151 because they said it had a scratch on the screen. this was total bull as the phone from day one had screen protectors on it and it was extremely well looked after.
I declined the offer and sent them a stinking email, but my silly daughter then went back on the website and accidently clicked on accept to their offer. I sent more emails explaining the mistake and tried to call them repeately but could not get an answer on the phone and the emails came back as undelivered (despite being sent by there own webpage)
REALLY suggest avoid avoid they are a con - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Excellent service.
I was delighted with the price offered and by the swift efficient service with no catches or snags.
Worst company ever, don't go near them!
I sent two items 1 iPad & an iPhone 5s both were in perfect condition. They quoted a good price online....a way of getting you to send the items. When they arrive one week or so later!!! they requoted both items online describing damage and giving a much lower offer!! You have no way of contacting them nor do they respond to emails you send through the website. Anyway I declined my revised offer. I just recieved my item back which is someone else's phone with the damage discribed. Disgusting company, I have no way of getting my original phone. Thinking of taking it further but not sure I'd have a leg to stand on!!!
Please do not send them your items.
Do not use this company!
Absolutely desgusting ! This company is a disgrace the never answer the phone or emails so you have 0% of contacting them at one point I was going to go to where they say the company was based, I sent a Samsung s6 practically brand new with not Evan a mark on it, they reviewed my phone and quoted me a price of £60 less they said the screen was so damaged that it couldn't be used, now this company is a scam and they quote prices and when they get the items they drop the price hopeing people will accept rather than go through the hastle of having the item sent back to them . I've also been blocked from their Facebook page,DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!
Its a Con! don't do it.
The packaging they send is not sufficient so you have to upgrade the postage. I sent 2 iPads and and iPhone and all three were re-quoted after inspection.
I was offered under £100 for the above all working and one cracked screen.
They will only give you the full amount is it have never been used.
What a waste of money, time and effort I should have just put them on Ebay!
Terrible service
I posted my pristine iPad that had been in a cover all its life in the original iPad box. I heard nothing. No email, no acknowledgement. They held it for over a month with no word. After I checked my bank statement again and again for payment, I eventually went back to their website & found they were holding it. They said the corners were damaged & I had only 2 choices: accept £22 (23%) less than their quote or have it returned. So I had to email. I complained at the lack of contact. I asked them to either pay the quoted £93 or send it back IN THE CONDITION I SENT IT. it came back with all 4 corners bashed in. My advice: 1 don't use zoomfish 2 take pics from every angle + a pic of the serial number. 3 print the pics, write on it "proof of condition" and enclose with your item 4 pay the extra for "signed for" postage.
Poor client service
I emailed their customer services about an item which they claim not to have received which was shown as delivered by Royal Mail. They still have not had the decency to respond after a week.
Lied about state of iphone
Sent my iPhone which has been in case and screen protector since I bought it. Offered £221. Then got email to say it was only worth £150 because of damage to screen and scratches! Refused offer and asked for return. It has been returned but is now damaged! Wasn't before and now prices elsewhere have dropped by £20 AND it is damaged now so unlikely to achieve that price.
Don't use them, the prices are too good to be true.
Dishonest scam
I was offered £93 for iPad 2 32gb in mint condition (We have the photos to show condition) When they received the iPad we received a counter offer of £73, the excuse was it had scratches on the back. This in fact is a total and dishonest fabrication. Use this company at your peril. This company needs investigating. Read the reviews on disappointed customers when they refuse the counteroffer and try and get their items back. Disgraceful.
Be Careful !
Too good to be true....it really is !
Highets price by some way quoted for an immaculate ipad mini with no chips, scratches or damage. They came back and said it was damaged, offered £81, rather than £103. Obviously hoped I would accept as its easier, rather than ask for it to be returned. To be honest, this time I did accept their lower offer, but as I say, be careful, all may not be what it seems. Good and quick communication, although, terse and impersonal. They seem to be followin the webuyanycar type of business model, using high quotes to entice people in.
Incidently, they offered an extra £1 if I liked their facebook page and another £1 if I followed them on twitter - naturally I have undone these now.
Next time, Ill go back to Music Magpie or Mazuma Mobile, where there is a bit more honesty !
Complete Scam
This Company is extremely dishonest. I received no payment for my iPhone and have been chasing them since October. Avoid at all costs.
