From start to finish my dealings have been top class.

Recently I upgraded two iPhone 5's to iPhone 6's. I searched the internet for a good price and got a favourable price with ZoomFish Gadgets when compared to others. I completed the short questionnaire on the web site and followed the simple instructions. Two days after posting the phones from a local post office I had £148 paid direct into my bank account and received an email from ZoomFish Gadgets confirming it.
Very easy, very efficient and I'm £148 better off instead of having the old phones left doing nothing in a drawer somewhere.

I was originally given a quote of £232 for an iPhone 6 gold16gb unlocked, posted my iPhone and got an email stating a new quote of £201 as apparently my phone had a burn on the right top corner. What an absolute lie, it's a new iPhone in perfect condition which I used for 3 months only!!! Requested my phone to be posted back and guess what have to wait for 2 weeks to get it back!

I SENT A IPHONE 6 TO ZOOMFISH ON THE 23RD OF SEPTEMBER WHICH HAS BEEN LOST IN THE POST I CONTACTED THE POST OFFICE WHO SAID THEY HAD SENT A LETTER TO ZOOMFISH ASKING THEM TO COMFIRM THAT THEY HAD NOT RECIEVED IT, AND HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM THEM SO THEY CANNOT COMPENSATE ME TILL THEY DO, SO I TRIED CALLING ZOOMFISH 57 TIMEDS MY CALL LOG SAYS AND THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE I HAVE MESSAGED THEM ON MY ACCOUNT SEVERAL TIMES STILL NO REPLY SO I DECIDED TO EMAIL THEM YAY GOT A REPLY WAS TOLD THEY HAD REPLIED TO THE POST OFFICE AND WILL DO AGAIN AND SEND ME A COPY OF THE REPLY BUT NOTHING TURNED UP 7 DAYS LATER STILL NOTHING SO I CALLED THE POST OFFICE AGAIN AND THEY STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM ZOOMFISH SO AGAIN I HAVE PHONED AND EMAILED STILL CARNT GET A RESPONSE ALL I NEED THEM TO DO IS TELL THE POST OFFICE THAT THEY HAVENT HAD IT BUT THEY WONT I NOW BELIVE THEY HAVE IT BUT JUST DONT WANT TO PAY. IF YOU WANT PAYING FOR YOUR GOODS AVOID ZOOMFISH THEY DONT PAY AND WONT REPLY TO EMAILS PHONE CALLS OR MESSAGES.

Was a little hesitant about using an online service but this was a really good easy to way to sell a used iPad. Money was in my account within hours.

I contacted this company via money saving expert website and got a quote for my iphone 5. Upon request they provided a pre-paid label.

I sent my phone and received a confirmation email when it arrived saying they were "assessing" my phone and would come back to me.

Ten days later, no further contact and I have received a cheque for less than half the amount quoted. I was not even given the option to have my phone returned. (It was fully working and in great condition).

So far, I have sent five emails and tried all day to contact them to no avail.

AVOID!!!

Sent my phone off and although I couldn't get through on the telephone at all even after trying for 7 days I did email and got a response immediately. The service was excellent and I got the full amount quoted within 2 days. Was a little worried using these online companies but I have to say that once I emailed they were fantastic!

Everything was so easy. Whenever you sell something online, in the back of your mind there is always a "what if". But you can look into your account and see the progress and from Mon to Weds the whole process was complete and cheque received.

Sent my Samsung Galaxy S5 over a week ago and didn't hear anything back.. Check with the Post office and have been delivered on the 6th October. Contacted Zoomfish by email, never got a reply. Phone them million times and noone answer the phone. Clearly it's a fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will be reporting to the Trading Standards asap

Quick efficient service, only disappointment was price stated for special delivery is wrong for iPads, other than that money offered better than all other sites, money paid same day item received by them. Will be using service again.

Sent iPad Air after being quoted pretty good price. Received email back 2 days later requoting much lower price claiming engineers found scratch and damage to rear of iPad. Rejected requote and explained iPad had an armour screen back and front from new and there was no damage when I sent it. Have photos as proof. Asked for iPad to be returned. 5 days later full price was paid by bank transfer. Only reason tablet was not returned was it would be proof they deliberately lied to avoid paying out original quote. I have asked for iPad to be returned, and they are not replying to my emails or answering the phone. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Liars and charlatans.

Was quoted best price and did get a response when the item was received. Unfortunately was for a re quote. Item is in perfect condition with not even a scratch (have pictures) and even original box and packaging but now offered less. Have asked for it to be returned and will see what comes back. Looking through the reviews seems to be a standard effort by them to offer less! Be warned you won't get the price you expect.

Their advert made great statements about how quick they forward a payment on receipt of item. After 3 weeks, on checking their online system, it stated they were still await receipt of item, despite them signing for it two days after i sent it. Fortunately I sent my item recorded delivery so I was able to contact them to tell them when they received it date and time and who signed for it. It was only when I did this, did they respond. If using them, make sure you send recorded delivery, worth the extra cost

Tried to contact them reference my misdescription on iPhone. The website says if you make a mistake then the correct monies will be paid. I told them on the packing slip, got paid the lesser amount but they do not answer the phone nor answer emails. I am £20 down now! Rubbish!
