ZoomFish Gadgets 

I was quoted £90 for my iphone, but this was changed to £40 once received. I requested the return of my phone over a month ago and have still had no phone or communication from the Company. I am looking to commence legal action next week. Their telephone is NEVER answered and they NEVER respond to messages sent on their website.
DO NOT BE FOOLED OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND/OR DEVICE.
ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE.

I posted my I Pad to Zoom Fish on Monday, I had an E Mail on Tuesday telling me they had received it - today, Wednesday I received a cheque. Absolutely marvellous service. I recommend this firm to everyone. Brilliant.

Had an IPad Air to sell as I upgraded to IPad Pro and this company offered one of the best advertised prices on a comparison site. My IPad Air was well looked after, not abused and not very old, it had a full good quality cover on permanently from new and a glass screen protector again from day one. I sent it in in original box with charger and gave it a clean and did not see or notice any marks what so ever. Low and behold on "inspection" they find damage and scratches and marks??? Result - A lower than low price offered. On there web site there is no mention of reduction for what I would call normal wear and tear. They are not buying brand new but second hand goods so should price the goods accordingly on the site to reflect the price for a good condition fully working product NOT an inflated price to get your product and offer lower prices in the hope you accept the revised price. This is mis representation and conning people out of money - day light robbery DONT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT - GET YOUR PROPERTY BACK AND SELL ELSEWHERE

I've also tried calling them but no matter what time of day I call after a few rings I get the same recorded message that the phone lines must be busy and to call back! Any help or advice would be welcome, I really cannot afford to lose this money.

Very professional company. Received money within 3 days of sending in my old phone. Highly recommend!

Clear web-site valuations; prepaid postal costs; quick response and confirmation of value, plus quick payment on receipt of the iPad.

Disgrace and fraud. I sent a ipad pro in that was unused and low and behold it suddenly develops a screen burn and I get 64.00 knocked off. This is illegal. I've reported it to the police and trading standards. And I'm suing them. Blatant fraud.

Excellent returns procedure and payment process

Very poor, no response to emails since sending off my iPhone 6s on Wed last week, it is now Tuesday. Phone just keeps ringing. Citizens advice bureau have suggested a letter of complaint citing a breach of contract sent via recorded delivery which will be my next action if I don't hear anything in the next 24 hours. Shame it came to this. I would not recommend them especially as there is a lot of competition out there...

Every thing went smoothly

Zoomfish was a very easy to use service that gave me confidence that my older gadget would be reused in a useful manner.

Very slow at paying on the occasions I used them. I had to chase them for payment on both phones. I would gladly use them if the payment is quick
