Put my order on the website and used the freepost label, it arrived with them the next day and the money was in my account that afternoon. Best trade in website I have ever used, simply brilliant.

Sent off my iPad as agreed via the quote. Didn't hear anything for days, emailed and called several times. A week later still hadn't heard from them so I contacted trading standards and on their advice sent a letter of complaint. On receiving this I finally got my payment. Took a lot of time and effort, wouldn't recommend.

I recycled 2xiphone4s and 1xiphone 6 16gb. Things were awry when I received payment for the iPhone 4s but not the iPhone 6. I contacted them and it seemed they had not received it. I couldn't understand it since they were all packaged in same box but had 2 different references as I had decided at different times to recycle them but sent together. I had written the iPhone 6 money off a substantial £260 and felt I had been short changed (literally). About 2 months later I received an email for these guys telling me a battered package had turned up with my iPhone 6 in it and although in reasonable condition it had acquired some scratches and the price would be reduced. I agrreed to the price especially as I had written it off. I genuinely didn't think that even if it was found they would let me know. They did, it shows they are genuine, work with honesty and integrity and I would absolutely use them again and recommend them. To top this they offered the best price on all the phones.

I have never trade in / recycled like this before. Easy to arrange and postage bag arrived quickly. I had enough money to put towards a new tablet and overall great experience. I will be using zoom fish again :)

Found this site gave the most for my used iphone4. They are super quick at sending the necessary bits and bobs for you to post the phone to them and then the money arrives into your bank account soon after! Can't recommend enough- much better than attempting to sell on yourself...

This is the 3rd time I have used Zoomfish Gadgets. I always receive what the quote is given and it is always the same day. Unlike others including Apple's own recyclers I have never had any issue with Zoomfish Gadgets paid on time and I can honestly say I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The next time I want to recycle it will always be this company.

I had read a few reviews about Zoomfish and the fact that they re-price your order when they receive it. I assumed that they may have exaggerated this, but having sent back an iPad that was in perfect order like new in the original box expecting there to be no problem with it, for them to reply offering less because the screen was scratched was completely false. I tried calling them over a dozen times, sent 5 e-mails and not a single response. A word of advice - irrespective what they offer initially they will reduce this to less than competitors. Stay well away if I were you. If in doubt try calling them before and you'll see they never answer the phone.

I was impressed with the simplicity of this process. It was very straightforward and I received my cheque within a couple of days. I found that the prices offered were slightly higher than other websites. I would definitely use you again!

I don't know why i've only just been sent this as I sent my item off almost a year ago! Anyway, avoid like the plague, after several days, and emails asking them what was happening with my item (a same day turnaround was advertised from them recieving the item and processing it for payment) only had a response when I threatened them with trading standards, funnily enough I had a reply within the hour and it still took a few days to process. Just not good enough, use a more reputable company.

Sold my iPad2 - the process was simple and exactly as described. No delays, everything worked fine. Thoroughly recommended.

Transaction took far too long, communication atrocious, could never contact anyone, phone always on answer phone. Why have a phone number? Emails rarely answered!!
