Poor returns service

Over a week with poor communication to get Faulty computer collected then was returned in exactly the same state and had to be returned a second time. Also it came back without the USB receiver that I must have left on it so I had to buy a new keyboard and mouse.

I'm so sorry you have had this poor experience. I have been down to our Service Centre and retrieved your USB receiver, I will pop this in the post to you first thing in the morning.

I've taken a look at what we did when your PC first came in to us. Over the phone we diagnosed a potential faulty motherboard, which is why we asked to collect it from you and take a closer look. When your PC arrived, we ran our usual battery of tests on it, and this is where we went wrong. Human error has led to your PC being cleaned and prepped for dispatch back to you, instead of being placed in the correct location for repair.

We have a very clear process for how to manage repairs and I have never seen this happen before. I'm so sorry that we made this mistake. We've spoken to the individual concerned and are now looking internally at if this can be prevented in the future with changes to our processes or tracking procedures.

I'd like to thank you for your patience; you returned the PC for the 2nd fix and have been without it for longer than necessary. Without feedback about what we get wrong, we cannot improve as a business; so I'd also like to thank you for letting me know about this today.

We're in the business of building computers, but we employ human beings because we think they do the best job for our customers. I'm sorry we made a mistake, I can't say we will never make another mistake again due to human error. I can promise you that we will do everything we humanly can to fix our mistakes, and as quickly as we can; whilst building robust processes that support and enable our people to do a brilliant job.

I've had a look at our logs for your call to us, I can see you purchased a Zoostorm tablet that is now asking for a PIN to access it. We have given you instructions on how to reset your PIN, by going to accounts.live.com.

We haven't heard back from you for over a week, I'm sorry you still can't access it. Please give us a call on 0344 8006183. Have your tablet with you and access to another internet enabled device or PC, and we will talk you through each step of resetting your PIN online.

Great help on initial contact

Great help on initial contact . Took about 2 days for the repair and then a courtesy call to let me know the PC was o it's way back to me. The problem is the front cover was damaged with a large crack down the centre that wasn't there when I sent it to them. Don't know who did this and as it doesn't affect the use of the PC no point complaining. That aside, they are a great company to deal with and very knowledgeable engineers.

Does exactly what it says on the tin …

They do exactly what it says on the tin in terms of service and response and the hardware is just as good as any of the 'top end' manufacturers. It may not be the best looking but it works.

Thanks for your comments. We have partnered with name branded preferred suppliers (NVIDIA, Asus, Intel, AMD etc) for all our components, to make sure our PC's are not only great spec but also of the best quality.

Looks wise - you have a Zoostorm Delta - it's definitely err...functional. I use this one myself and it's a great all round desktop. We have a beautiful range of stunning systems over at stormforcegaming.com for those who care more about looks!

Great British computer manufacturer I am a regular customer. Top quality build at reasonable prices. Excellent customer service they also offer 3 years warranty

My last purchase was a gaming pc which im very happy with.

Charger Replacement

Needed a new charger as soon as possible for my laptop as I'm back at University next week and Zoostorm sent one out the next day! The technician I spoke to was so lovely and helpful. But unfortunately, it was the incorrect charger, I emailed them with this issue and they replied whithin ten minutes with an apology and dispatching another one out for next day delivery.
Absolutely brilliant customer service. Thanks Zoostorm! 😄

Had a problem with my tablet

Had a problem with my tablet, came back smashed by the couriers. They arranged another, problems with that one. Sent another and perfect.
