I had issues with downloading my flight …

I had issues with downloading my flight simulator games, Zoostorm kindly took my new computer and tested it within 2 days I had back to find out I needed to update my games to windows 10 I did not know this...
Thank you very much for your support and covering the costs of delivery and collections I will always buy Zoostorm this is my second PC my first lasted 5 years very impressed.

I highly recommend Zoostorm

While I have been having an ongoing issue with my computer. The Zoostorm customer service team have been very helpful and very polite while we try to find out what is wrong with my computer. They are very understanding and so far have represented Zoostorm exceptionally well hence the 5 star review and of course I would recommend Zoostorm to anyone.

Good customer service

After making Zoostorm aware of a technical problem beyond my limited knowledge and ability, they despatched packaging to return the computer, repaired it and I had it back working in less than one week. The machine is three years old and out of warranty
however no charge was made as a gesture of good will.

You had an issue with your PC and we talked you through some diagnostics, but you struggled a bit with this. You confessed to being a little out of your depth and so we were happy to take a look for you ourselves.

When your PC arrived with us, we found the CPU had become a little loose. We were never going to fix that over the phone, so it was the right decision to bring it back here to our UK Service Centre. We popped the CPU back in place and applied some heat resistant paste to keep it there; then sent the PC back to you on the next available truck.

I'm really glad we got it fixed for you in the end!

You contacted us last week as your PC kept slowing down, then loosing audio through the headphone jack. You could fix this yourself with a re-boot but asked us for help to stop this from happening again. We asked you to re-install Windows 10 and then come back to us. We didn't hear from back from you.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with how we handled this problem. We collected the tablet from you and inspected the condition in our UK Service Centre. The tablet is effectively a sealed unit and we are unable to repair the damage to the buttons on it. I'm so sorry it was sent to you in this condition.

We offered you a full refund or replacement, and you chose to receive a refund. The model of tablet concerned was then temporarily been removed from sale while we complete a fresh set of quality checks, to ensure this never happens again.

Brilliant warranty care

Brilliant warranty care - very helpful staff who have truly went above and beyond.

As I cover primary schools, where budgets are tight, the hassle free, and good support is what we need. It's a heavily influencing factor when choosing which products to purchase.

Good service fixed my PC in under a week

Good service fixed my PC in under a week, Shame they couldn't inform me what component was fixed when they sent it back had to speak to the customer support team to find out it was a bad Ram card after all

I would trust Zoostorm to anybody as they give reliable info to anybody that needs helping hand with there appliance.I bought my desktop PC in October 2010,and i"m still using it today I have it upgraded twice and for it"s age still doing it"s job.

Zoostorm computer unable to update

Zoostorm computers went out of their way to rectify an update problem with my PC returning the PC to them three times finally resolving it. They never lost interest in resolving the problem thank you Zoostorm

Your update problem was one that really had us stumped here in the office, I remember it well. The team escalated the issue to our Lead Technical Manager, who is not one to be beaten. We struggled initially because we were unable to replicate the fault. Once we had done this, your PC was fixed within a couple of hours. Huge cheers erupted around the office and some high-fives for Darren were dished out, we then shipped your PC back to you.

Query answered very quickly

Telephone answered very quickly. The chap registered me on the system and gave me a log number to speed things up if I need to cantact them in future. I was then passed to the support team who answered my query and emailed instructions to me immediately.
I was very pleased with the speed response and the very short time it took.
