This is absolute GARBAGE
This is absolute GARBAGE. Its so weak...Couldnt feel a thing. It broke after one use. The company refused to give me my money back until I provided countless videos of the faulty device. I still have not received a refund.
Update. They refused to give me a refund and only offered me a store credit, which I will obviously never use.

Bad quality and no results
I have seen no difference in my body, with both Abs and glute trainer. Both have problems: the one for the abs only works in one half, the other half has completely stopped working. The one for glutes is stronger on one side, and even after replacing the gel pads, it falls off. Very bad product and false advertising

Do Not Purchase from this company. I highly advise against purchasing from this company. They sell defective products that don't work as advertised, and when you try to get help, customer service is absolutely terrible. Instead of actually assisting you, they expect you to act as their own troubleshooter to figure out how to fix their faulty devices. No one wants to spend their time diagnosing issues with products that are supposed to work out of the box!
When I asked for a refund due to the device being faulty, they refused. It’s clear they don't care about their customers, only about pushing defective products and avoiding responsibility. Save yourself the headache and money – there are far better companies out there with quality products and real customer support. Steer clear of this one! This same device by this company is on Ebay for under $20.00. I have taking further actions against them.

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH PRODUCT AND COMPANY!
I am extremely dissatisfied with my Zorvera device. Despite following the instructions and charging it for the recommended six hours, the device remains completely unresponsive. There's no indication of charging or vibration when connected.
I contacted customer service to request a refund, as the product is clearly defective. However, the representative I spoke with was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making the entire experience shockingly negative. I was stunned by their hostile reaction to my simple request for a refund on a non-functional product.
I read a couple other reviews and noticed one that was soliciting interest in filing a class-action lawsuit. I don't recall the details of it, but am not suprised after the experience I had with them.

I have ordered for Xmas the butt and tummy pads and opened them recently and non of them work.
After reading all of the reviews shockingly a lot of other people have had the same issue and as I see also issues on refund.
The company quoted a refund policy but after reading they are not happy to refund customers.
So if we all come together with our complaints and send them off to consumer rights or Martin Lewis.. or possibly go higher legally as this is unfair that we have purchased items either non working or non satisfactory!!

STAY CLEAR OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY
I placed an order from what I thought was a reputable business and expected my items to be here on time. Only to NEVER receive any of my items at all. I was fighting to get a full refund! The customer service representative was rude & insinuating that I actually got my item and just wanted my money back. DHL posted a picture of them leaving the item OUTSIDE for the item to be stolen. However ZORVERA does not have the intelligence to understand that a package being left outside will just lead to it being stolen. Do not do business with this company! PSA if they refuse to give you your refund you can go to your bank and dispute the charges as "FRAUD" because that's exactly what this company is.

I am extremely disappointed with Zovera and strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing from this company. The product I received was not as advertised and failed to meet basic expectations. What made this experience even worse was their terrible customer service. I reached out multiple times for assistance and a refund, but my inquiries were completely ignored.
It is clear that Zovera does not care about its customers or stand by its products. Given the lack of response and the violation of their own policies, I am taking legal action against them. I also want to warn others who have had similar experiences: I am exploring the possibility of filing a class action lawsuit. If you've faced the same issues with their products or customer service, I invite you to join in holding them accountable.
Do not waste your time or money on Zovera. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that care about their customers and stand behind their products. Stay away from this one!

If there is a zero, I’ll give this company that. Product is not working, poor quality, caused skin irritation, no visible positive effects whatsoever. Poor customer service, refuses to refund my money even if their ads clearly say that there is a money back guarantee. This is a scam. STAY AWAY!

AVOID!! This product is a scam as far as I am concerned. It failed to work and I emailed the day it arrived to check if I can return this but I was encouraged to try using it for 30 days. After 30 days I sent the requested before and after photos to prove it did not work. The response was that it looked like it had worked so I should keep their product. This is false as I was unable to even use the product!
After a couple of emails I have received a response offering 25% to keep a faulty product. This 30 day money back is a scam as they do not want to offer the full refund they claim they will!
Reported to my bank.
Very disappointed and will definitely never recommend this!

I cannot emphasize this enough: everyone here should file a report with the Better Business Bureau about this company. We all share similar complaints, and the company's refusal to assist us speaks volumes about their behavior, which is unacceptable. This company should be shut down, and the more complaints we file, the better.
Update: I recently received an email from Trustpilot saying I needed to update my review or it would be taken down within two days. (Note to trustpilot - I have tons of screenshots to prove my review which will be available upon request.) This was Zovera’s response on my BBB complaint against them: “MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:
This customer contacted in August regarding an issue with the product. We advised her to submit a video for us to confirm the device is defective and we'll send a replacement.
The customer will NOT see any result if she uses a defective product making her claim invalid about not seeing results.
We clearly assisted her in August and she failed to comply and respond to us.
The next message she sent was in November which is way over the 30 day warranty period.
She is no longer eligible for a refund but we are still willing to offer a replacement.
This customer clearly doesn't want to understand what we're explaining to her and what our policy is and is insisting what she wants.
Again, this customer failed to comply and follow our policy.
We will not tolerate this behaviour and will strictly apply our policy to this case.“
They are ghetto and can stay with the $40 for the trash product they sell.

If I could give this negative stars I would. This company has essentially taken my money and run. Scam. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Please save your money. I received two product units both of which did not work and they will ONLY offer you a replacement contingent upon receiving a video first of the useless product - they refuse to give refunds. Be warned you’re throwing money away.
