Complete fraud

Complete fraud, didn’t get my item and nor gave me my money back when I contacted them. Raised a dispute with the bank and then said it was delivered. Absolute fraud. Brought a dehumidifier from these to receive children’s bracelets tried to contact them multiple times with absolutely no response avoid at all cost had to call fraud team with my bank to get my money back. Very low quality product you can find…

Very low quality product you can find in amazon for less than 10$, after hearing negative experiences I tried to cancel my order with them(less than 30min after I placed it) however they never responded to my emails and sent the item which was very low quality. Dont waste your money.

Scam

I ordered this product before taking the time to review it. I immediately contacted the co. to cancel the order before shipping. They waited to respond until they had the chance to ship it. When I recieved it I sent it back to the return address. I notified the CO. who then wanted the tracking #. They then told me it was sent to their hub and not their office so I would have to get it to their office. Seriously? This place is a scam. I'm now out the $ I paid for a worthless product as well as the 7.00 it cost to return it. SCAM! 11/1. The Co. just responded to this review saying they would help after emailing me this morning that it was up to me to somehow get the pkg from their hub and return it to their office! This is obviously $ lost on my part but I'm hoping this review will help to keep others from being scammed.

I mistakenly ordered the product and…

I mistakenly ordered the product and asked for refund right away and they said they gonna charge $15 which is crazy.its like they making you buy it like a force. So you will buy it regardless thinking how you gonna let go your $15 go. This is not nice at all. They loosing customer like that. Even though I got the product I won’t like to use it plus if any body else would wants to buy it if we tell them about their customer service and this people won’t like it and they gonna lose customer.

Doesn’t feel like a reputable company

Doesn’t feel like a reputable company. I asked to have my order cancelled the same day as I ordered because I realized it was a mistake. They are charging me $15 to cancel and they haven’t even started processing it yet. I would avoid this company.

Sent faulty product twice

I was sent a faulty booty trainer (only the right side worked) and emailed customer service to make them aware as soon as the product was received. They responded immediately and asked for video evidence which I provided. Following this I was sent a replacement product but this one had exactly the same fault (only the right side worked). They asked for video evidence again which was provided and I had requested a full refund at this point as I was not filled with confidence that the items are being properly checked by quality control before being sold seeing as I received two faulty items with exactly the same fault. Very disappointed that Zorvera have only partially refunded the order, they have not refunded a returns fee but they told me to keep the products which is useless seeing as I can't use them! I have tried to question why they have not refunded the returns fee but they just pointed me in the direction of that section of their website which clearly does not apply to my case. The only reason I have given them 2 stars is because the customer service had responded continuously however I'm stuck with two products that do not work and with less money in my pocket due to partial refund! Such a shame as the product had potential to work for me but I strongly suggest you improve your quality control before shipping products to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers too and fully refund customers for faulty products.

The worse company ever

I posted a review on here recently, and Zavora commented on it and said all I needed to do is reach out to customer service. Keep in mind, THEY allowed the cancellation of the order. THEY could’ve told me that there was no cancellation possible per their policy. Instead they accept the cancellation and keep half my money, even though, technically there is “no cancellation fee” in there policy. The money back guarantee they have on their website is a joke because they WILL keep half your payment as a return fee. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. This was customer service response:

Money back guarantee… LIE

Money back guarantee… LIE! It’s flimsy and difficult to use. I contacted the company and asked for my money back because I didn’t want to hassle with the product. They kept responding “the warehouse says” you need to not see a difference… if the product is garbage and I can’t use it… there is not change in my body! After 3 emails they offered me a credit. I want my MONEY back. So I would highly recommend you keep scrolling when you see their adds!

Started using it because they said keep it we will give you 30% back. I figured what the heck I can’t get all my money back anyway… now it’s black on one side and hurts in that area! It’s defective. I email them and they tell me “the warehouse will give me free gel pads one time.” It has gel pads on it that will not fix it???? I wish I could add the picture because it’s clearly defective!!!!!!!!

Defective garbage and Intrusive Company

Both stomach and booty thing were defective and when I asked for a refund or replacement. They wanted me to send a VIDEO of it on my Butt cheeks. It all the sudden became a "requirement" no. I will never buy or recommend this to anybody!! Now they just want it on my leg to prove it's defective. If it doesn't work on my leg video Clearly. I'm still in the wrong. 😬 They make every excuse not to refund me.
