This Doesn't Work

I really wanted to trust this product. I ordered it the booty trainer and got the ab trainer free. A week into using both products, the ab trainer just stopped working. I changed the batteries, I watched the videos to see if I was doing something wrong and nothing was working. I messaged customer service they asked for a video to see what was wrong with the product, they sent me a new ab trainer, a week or so into using that one it stopped working as well. When I messaged customer service they said that I was using it wrong because they thoroughly inspected that one before it left the warehouse. I said I used it exactly as I was supposed to but there was no intensity at all. Now you see the videos on social media and it looks like this thing is really working your booty muscles and ab muscles and the intensity even in the highest one is not like the videos at all. When I sent a DM on Instagram they also told me that I should watch the video because I probably wasn't using it right and that I was probably on a low intensity level. I wasn't, it was literally as high as it could go. Regardless they were really NO help at all. 30 day money back guarantee is also not true, because they want you to think that you don't know how to use the product. It's not rocket science, it battery powered, you turn it on and what ever level you want it on it should work, but it doesn't. I'm very disappointed that I spent my money on this.

I want to buy this product BUT...

I want to buy this product, but after reading all the bad reviews AND the responses from the company, I can already tell it's going to be a problem. First, if someone is not satisfied with your product, they should be given a refund. What I've noticed about the responses was the company saying "if eligible" which is a red flag for me bc I should be able to return a product if I'm unhappy with it. With the lil "if eligible" comments, this only makes the company look bad bc they're forcing ppl to accept their product. This is a bad policy practice that will only get the company into trouble. Change the return policy and give ppl back their money when requested, it's that simple!

Stomach trainer was defective

Stomach trainer was defective. Contacted customer service and got a new one sent out right away. Received the tracking number within a couple of days also. Great customer service.

Great customer service!

I love my booty trainer but had an issue with the device. Customer service was stellar! They addressed my issue quickly and everything was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend ordering from Zorvera. If only all companies were as easy to work with as they are.

Can’t get a reply

Unfortunately, I read the reviews on here too late. I had already placed an order. I immediately tried to cancel and I’m getting no response. I have emailed 2 email addresses, messaged 3 fb pages and messaged their Instagram and I’m getting nothing back. I’ve also left comments on their reels on Instagram too, which I assume will get removed by them. I just hope other people read the reviews first and don’t make the mistake I made.

Horrendous!!! Avoid

Rubbish! I payed £37.99 for this plastic vibrator a gluey sticky laminate! It’s horrendous quality, does not stick more than 3 times and don’t even hope that it will make your bum wiggle like the videos when pumping. It has no power what so ever!! Customer service is horrendous. Constantly blaming the warehouse and moving the bench mark every time you email. You must use for 30 days, you must take before and after pictures. Etc. We will deduct $15 return fee and refund the rest if you remove your negative reviews.
Definitely not the 30 day money back guarantee they promise!! AVOID!!! Absolute rubbish. They can not remove negative reviews from Trust pilot, but do from their website.
