SCAMMERS! AVOID!
Like everyone else I placed an order with trusted, well known brand Zoya. Never received it, fobbed off with production issues excuses. Eventually sent a shipping email with a fake shipping code and have been ghosted since.
They are actually scamming people. I believe the production issues excuse is a strategy to avoid people reversing bank charges within the viable timeframe, as PayPal/ many banks will not allow disputes after 1 month+.
What can we do about this?! I contacted Zoya US who also ghosted me. If they are not complicit they should be responding to us. No response to IG messages. Comments turned off on their UK IG. The company needs to be taken down.
No delivery, no refund, no service
Not received my products ordered in mid July, not received a refund, and now the company has stopped replying by email to my queries. I've put a claims request for the funds via my bank but that will of course take time.
Update mid September. Bank has refunded via claims back. Zoya nails never delivered on goods, nor the refund, and the last reply I had from them was in August. Wouldn't trust them. Dodgy customer service.

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered 3 months ago, received the email about a quality issue, sent 4 emails back and never had a response. I've been buying Zoya on Amazon and Nailpolish direct for over 10 years, only reason to buy from this UK account was because they were the only ones stocking a specific colour I liked. What I don't get is why no-one (esp. the authentic Zoya company) is reporting and having this site taken down?

AVOID THIS COMPANY! over two months and still no varnishes
I ordered over £100 worth of products more than two months ago. I have stage 4 cancer and my oncoloy nurse recommened Zoya nail varnishes. I bought some for myself and a friend also going through chemotherapy. I have repeatedly emailed the company asking where my varnishes are but to no avail. I have asked for a refund but am not hopeful. It is interesting that therer is no contact number, only an email address. Lesson learned. I hope others will read the reviews and avoid this company.

Couldn’t fulfil my order and won’t now reply to my 3 emails and one online contact asking to cancel and refund so I’ve had to raise a claim via my bank.

Avoid. Placed an order on 22 June. Received an email on 28 June saying the polish had failed the quality standards with a code to save 10% if I placed another order. I have asked for a refund three times and all three emails have been ignored. No polish and no refund.

Like other reviewers, I regret not having read the reviews before I ordered from zoyapolish.co.uk. And, like others, the customer service's MO was exactly the same on subsequent email exchanges. A month has passed and I'm still waiting for the refund they promised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Filled Klarna refund request, Klarna refunded within 5 days. I can't believe they are allowed to accept orders. Fill the report on them, not everyone is lucky enough to realise to buy via Klarna/Paypal/credit card.

Do not order from this scam company! I made an order 13th May supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days, I shortly after received an email to say the order has been delayed and they have me a discount code SORRY10 - as if I am making another order. I have contacted them and asked for a refund and no reply. Some of the replies try to say this is the wrong company, not the case - it is zoyapolish.co.uk exactly as they state. DO NOT ORDER!!
Scam - never even shipped my order, never sent me a refund
I placed an order at the beginning of April. My order is still "unfulfilled" an it is now mid June.
They never gave me any update until I asked them via email. They then stated that my order would have been shipped after the Easter break. Obviously they did not ship it, so I contatcted them again and this time they gave me another date in May, and never shipped anything by then too.
On the 1st of June, I asked for a refund and got a confirmation email said it was processed. Guess what? After two weeks, I am still waiting for the refund.

Scam company - please report to Action Fraud as it’s clear they are ripping customers off. No replies, no products and no refunds. It’s probably worth escalating to the BBC to do a report on. Seriously avoid.
