Joke of a company - place high value orders on the 6th and 8th April and never received. I emailed them and they said it would be dispatched soon - two weeks later I emailed again and they said it would be dispatched straight after Easter.
Easter came and went so I emailed again - they said they had a backlog of orders and would post the following week. It’s been another two weeks and still nothing.

I’ve requested a refund and if i don’t get it asap I’ll be going through my bank. They should owe me interest having held my money for over 6 weeks - disgusting.

This sham of a company is still taking new orders on their website though!! Despite the fact they can’t fulfill any of their old ones!

I have placed order on 28/03 and had information on 10/04 it will be shipped in couple of days...Still waiting, my emails are ignored, phone calls unanswered....Apparently the brand in UK is sold by Global Worldwide Trade Ltd, Company number 15074611 - Mr Jelle Ijsbrandij is the person with significant control so maybe I should ask him where is my order or money? I had placed an order of £82 last week & have not recieved any shipping info.

I have attempted to contact them (zoyapolish.co.uk) via email, phone and through their website.

They have not responded & I am now without the products & out of pocket.

It is absolutely unacceptable.

I thought this company was legit?

I want a refund and apology immediately!

I’ve never had an issue before but suddenly this company doesn’t seem to be fulfilling orders or responding to emails. Disappointed and will have to seek refund through my bank.

Order did not arrive. Emailed the customer support inbox 3 times and received no response whatsoever. I've had to claim a refund through PayPal. Don't waste your time and money. Avoid!!!!

Scam!! Placed an order weeks ago and have heard nothing. Customer support email and website chat just don’t get a response. Wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering through such a scummy fake website posing as a US brand.

Fake company. I’ve ordered my products on the 31st January and have t received anything, I’ve contacted them many times and they don’t reply, their numbers don’t work and emails aren’t answered. I am trying to recover my money through the bank, hopefully I can. Scam!

UPDATE:
I have tried to cancel this order and email the company and called them. No reply, then a week later they sent the order. I told them I don’t want them as it was too late (it was for a birthday) so now I have unwanted product, either have to pay postage back for something I cancelled and who knows if I receive the refund anyway, or just stick with it even thought it’s unwanted. Absolutely terrible company!!

If you want my advice, do not order from this website. They may be genuine but don't come across as professional in any sense of the word.

They are lacking basic customer service skills and general common sense, it seems.

Place an order on Monday, I ask on Thursday why is not being sent yet : one of the nail polish I ordered isn't in stock ! I ask to have another sent then ! Nothing , no answer no nail polish either. Avoid them like the plague . On Monday I will ask Visa to recover my money. Utterly disgusting

Do NOT waste your money ordering from here. Ordered 12th May, paid for express shipping, nothing has arrived, no communication, not hopeful for a refund either. AVOID

I’m desperate to return my items and the 24/48 hour response is not that at all. The size chart is not true to size the material is sooo cheap I looked at it and came out in a sweat it’s awful I really hope I get a response from here I’ve tried everything else

Customer service is non existent, contacted by email and numerous messages on instant messenger on their website, only a useless automated response.

Don’t even want to give one star! Fraudulent company, item received damaged. Have attempted to contact via email but the email address provided fails every time I attempt to contact them and the chat option is pointless as nobody replies! AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE FAKE ROBBING COMPANY AVOID!!

I ordered from them before I saw all the negative reviews here. Scared, I then made a complain to PayPal and asked the company for a refund. They contacted me and explained that they have just changed management and restarted their activity very recently. In the end, I agreed for them to send the products and did receive it within a few days.
Few things though, this company is selling under Zoya's name, but they are NOT Zoya, only an allowed distributor in the UK. It's not very clear and quite misleading, I really thought I was buying from Zoya directly.
Other thing that did trigger a red flag is the amount of out of stock items. Which wouldn't make much sense of it was the brand itself selling.
I doubt I'll ever buy again from them, but can confirm they are people behind this website and I did get my order quickly.

4 unreceived orders! Do not buy from this company. I've been chasing for refunds for 9 months now. I had only one email in this time saying the orders were coming but delayed at customs. Terrible customer service.

mixed starter contains a stale non descript generic meat and left over deep fried potatoes

Placed an order in February and have never received it. Only communication was when I placed order they sent a youve paid invoice. Have emailed back numerous times to find out where order is and no response at all. Tried the number and no reply. Terrible service - dont place order and part with your money.
