Customer service *crickets chirping*
I purchased a lot of Zoya product about a year ago, then again for gifts for others. Last month I visited the site on mobile to try and purchase a re-stock. When I attempted to make a selection, the screen was blank. I took screen grabs and sent this to their UK email along with an explanation of what I'd done and what the screen was showing. No response. Two days later, I sent a chaser to the same email and made it clear I was a customer trying to make a purchase. Nothing.
Same problem twice
Ordered from here twice 1st time items missing gave them benefit of the doubt had to raise a dispute via PayPal to get partial refund same thing 2nd time never ordering from them again.
Whatever you do, DO NOT order from their website.
I ordered £80 worth of nail polishes in the early hours of Friday and paid for Next Day Delivery. I had no shipping confirmation, only an invoice emailed to me. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday came and went, and no sign of my order. I contacted the company and got no reply. I finally had to open a dispute with Paypal in order to get my money back. I have used this brand for a long time, but it's my first time ordering from their website directly. Unfortunately, after this, I will no longer support this brand. AVOID!

Paid for my order, never arrived. I've called, I've emailed, no one answers the phone, no one emails. I've just been scammed out of £25.
Avoid! No sign of delivery
I wish I'd read reviews here before ordering! No sign of my order 10 days after placing, with what is supposed to be 3-5 day delivery. No answer to my email and phone always goes to voicemail, no reply to the message I left. I'll be starting a debit card chargeback through my bank to hopefully get my money back.

Ordered early Jan and still waiting for delivery despite 3-5 days mentioned on website. No reply to phone calls and emails. Products received previously were excellent… looks like there have been problems for several months now… I potentially have lost £50. The Christmas sale has not been updated and there are no new blog posts… this company needs to let us know if there are problems and stop taking orders.

Never received my nail polishes, received an invoice but no email to say dispatched or tracking. Have emailed them and left a message on Facebook messenger but nothing. Judging by the other reviews they scam people so do not be fooled! They need to be investigated... Lost about £25

Do not order from this company! I ordered on Dec 13, 2022 and my order should have been received within 3-5 days and I have heard NOTHING from them. And I have left several messages via email and phone. Incredibly unprofessional.
Lovely products - terrible service.
In terms of their products I can't fault them - but ordering directly from their website is a different story. Communication / customer service is terrible.
Ordered a pre-order set at on 6th Sept with delivery guaranteed within 25 days.
I had to chase them for an update - to be told on 9th October it was held up in customs and would be sent out shortly.
The last I heard from them was 17th November (again after I chased them) to say they thought products were due to be released by customs that week and sent out but as they had not yet been released did I want a refund. I turned it down at that point expecting it would be sent out shortly.
By 12th December I still hadn't heard from so emailed to request a refund. I also requested acknowledgement of my email. 4 days later (and a follow up email sent) I still haven't heard anything and haven't received a refund.
I would accept a delay as long as I am kept informed. Customer service is severely lacking.

Reluctant to give one star even. Made an order on 3rd September and now, 3 months on have still not received. You can't get through on phone at all, managed to get a reply on email and Facebook eventually to be told that refund has been made to then receive e message from PayPal to say that the refund has failed. Another message to say that they will sort with finance and still nothing. I'm so disappointed that a company can do this to small businesses! Awful customer services and it is very obvious that the company is in trouble if they are taking money from people for nothing. Please do not buy from this company!

Keep well away… I ordered over £500 worth of stock for my new salon in September and still have not received it!!!! Not received my order from 3 months ago!!
Bought two polishes on a pre-release order from their Cafe collection range at the end of August… we are now nearly into December and I have yet to receive them! I got an email from customer care early November saying they were delayed at customs, did I want to wait or have a refund? I asked for a refund - surprise surprise I’ve not had anything yet and they have stopped answering emails or Facebook messages! Not happy at all, won’t order from this company again! Edit: Reported this company to PayPal who are refunding me. Upset and disappointed.

I will never buy with this company again, which is a shame because they are vegan and have nice nail varnishes, well some are. Toni and Guy and his off spring, as if you could guess they couldn’t be any more rubbish, just like the hair dressing franchise they rip people off! They don’t care about their staff, so you can imagine how bad the customer service is here - it’s non existent.
I think the company is about to go under as they don’t have very good stock and only really poor colours left.
I have had other vegan nail varnishes in the past so I will stick with those - the moto of this story is stick with what you know, and don’t try and deal with a third rate store in a shabby old warehouse who never answers their phone, never answers their email and lives in slough. You know it’s going to be really bad!

You can tell what they think of people on here as they can’t even be bothered to follow up bad reviews. They take your money then don’t send you the product, so I can’t even review it!

Nice colours, but poor application
Beautiful selection of colours, however it doesn't set very well. It doesn't provide much coverage, even after two coats.

Appalling customer service. I placed an order on 03-09-2022 and it’s now 3rd November & I’m still waiting. No customer service nothing. I doubt I will use this company again. Dreadful service.

Appalling customer service. Two weeks for the order to be sent, mucked around by customer services saying the package had been delayed by the courier which I don’t think was true as I didn’t have any confirmation that it had even been sent.

My wife ordered nail polish on 11th…
My wife ordered nail polish on 11th September, chased the delivery on the 4th October and was told there was an issue with customs whereby my wife cancelled the order and was told a refund would be raised the same day. This refund has been chased 4 times, it's only £30 but its the principle. I strongly advise not to purchase from Zoya unless you have unlimited patience.

An excellent range of colours. Delivery is always decent time wise. I have made two orders of zoya products, and love the fact the varnish dries quickly. I think i have yet to figure out how to stop it peeling, but maybe i just need to stop doing the dishes!
Excellent product. Stopped using varnishes ages ago as seemed to dry my nails out. Glad to have researched and found zoya as so far so good and will persevere with longevity!!
Awful customer service.
I placed an order on 31/08/2022 for products that were due to be released on 12th September. Nothing received and no update from the company. I have emailed them with no response within 24 hours and they don’t answer the phone. The landline goes through to a mobile voicemail. Appalling customer service.
Edit: Due to ongoing appalling customer service and no goods being received by 21st October I had to request a refund from PayPal. I wouldn’t recommend. Disgusting service.
