I placed an order on 31/08/2022 for products that were due to be released on 12th September. Nothing received and no update from the company. I have emailed them with no response within 24 hours and they don’t answer the phone. The landline goes through to a mobile voicemail. Appalling customer service.

Edit: Due to ongoing appalling customer service and no goods being received by 21st October I had to request a refund from PayPal. I wouldn’t recommend. Disgusting service.

I’m so pleased I have found Zoya, I suffer with allergies and can’t use nail varnish any longer, until I tried Zoya. It’s formula is very healthy and free of many allergens. It’s long lasting and comes in so many colours. I highly recommend it.

I ordered a few products ten days ago. The package has been sent and it is on its way for a few days but still hasn't arrived. Maybe don't use Royal Mail Services, because it doesn't work. But I can't blame the company. However I can trace the path of the delivery anymore. Maybe it has been lost in transit. I hope the company will resolve it soon

Zoya is the very best on every level. Have used Anchor/Armor/nail polish/Remove+ for about 20+ years continuously. Have lived in several countries over the years, always made sure to order before relocating so as to never run out and be forced to use something that will not even come close. Just relocated from North America to Europe a couple months ago and have all my supplies for at least a year. Ordered Remove+ from Zoya UK, it was a breeze, super efficient. Should add that I regularly get comments on my nails, the color etc. Have used Haley 251 forever, but it has been discontunued:( Again, managed to secure enough for a good while from someone who worked their magic. Contacted Zoya who gave me two recommendations for similar shades, but haven't tried one yet.

Forgot to add that over the many years I have 'bugged' both Zoya US (Art of Beauty in that case) and Zoya UK for information on whether Zoya is available in whatever country I was moving to, every time I received super professional and quick responses with correct and clear information.

I have used lots of Zoya polishes before with mostly good results but I recently bought "Paz" from the UK official site and it is poor. Very thin and watery with poor steaky coverage, described as a neon but it's not very bright at all. After 3 coats i can still clearly see my nail line. I did try to leave a review on the website but for some reason was unable to. I telephone and emailed the website to ask why I couldn't leave a review but got no answer. I finally received an answer after contacting Zoya head office in the US to tell them that the UK customer service was non-existent. Still I am unable to leave a review, I sent them a screenshot of the error page that I was getting but they haven't responded. Another person I know left a review but it isn't visible so I presume there is some problem.

I am obsessed! I have several allergy’s to chemicals in nail varnish and over the years have searched high and low for something I can use. There is one brand I had been using however there colour range is so limited. So I discovered Zoya. I ordered 3 colours and all of them have been excellent. Price point is ok for me as I’ve had to pay lots to get allergy free polishes over the years so reasonable in comparison. The Zoya colours are beautiful. I shall be purchasing again.

Pricey but great nail polish shame colours do not match the pictures on the site so won't be purchasing again as its a potch ordering/returning every 5mins

I love Zoya products and the only nail varnishes with great colours that I’m not allergic to. The quality and range of colours are excellent. With the right application as advised, the polish lasts a week or two with the occasional top up. The only slightly downside is the courier you use. I got notification of shipping within 12 hours of ordering but my order took another 4 days to arrive. Otherwise an excellent, ethical, engaged company with strong values

I searched far and wide to find colours that excite me, and Zoya's colours are exceptional. But sadly the polish itself is poor. It just takes so long to dry so without a doubt you will catch it in some way no matter how long you leave it. It just seems to be continually tacky and it chips so easily once it finally dries (a good few hours !). Shame really but I think it may be a vegan element. I also found a beautiful colour by Nail Kind. Again, vegan and exceptional colour but such a poor polish. I'll stick with OPI

I love Zoya nail varnish but i had to return Tobey as It’s true colour was so different to the image on the website.

I recently discovered this brand when looking for additive-free polish.
I’ve been a devoted gel user until a recent medical condition has forced me to discontinue.

Items arrived quickly and I’m very happy with them so far.

The remover works quickly and efficiently - I love the pump lid as so easy to use on the full size bottle.

Polishes applied easily and gave good coverage with 2 coats.
Tips are just starting to wear after a week.
I used the base coat, top coat and drying oil drops from the kit but am saving the mini remover that came in it for travel.

Will definitely be looking to add to my collection and change my look much more often.

I was so excited when I first used the Zoya base coat, top coat and drying drops. They were excellent, minimal smell. That time, I used them with a high end nail varnish and staying power was exceptional.

Today, I used one of Zoya's own polishes, expecting the experience to be even better. How wrong was I?! Followed all the advice exactly, and with base / top / drying drops as before. The polish went on streakily as though it was too dry. After two thin coats it looked better, but not great. Once I added the top coat, even after 4 hours, it was still not totally dry, denting easily and scraping off.

Also the smell of the coloured polish is much more like a traditional polish, and gave me the usual headache/nausea that other brands do (the main reason I don't wear polish). The base / top / drops don't have this smell though.

So disappointed, especially as I'd bought more of their polish colours to try, based on the success with the base / top coats.

Was fast delivery, and cam well packed, absolutely love all the gorgeous colors, to choose from. Best Nail polish, I have ever bought, dry super fast, and have no toxic ingredients! Would highly recommend!

Amazing nail varnishes with a great variety of beautiful colours.
The best quality nail polish I have ever used and without the nasty chemicals! Colours are highly pigmented, I never have to apply more than 2 coats to achieve bold and bright nails. What makes this nail polish so easy to apply is the fact that it doesn’t go gluggy in between applications for each nail. Application is smooth and without streaks and lasts so much longer than other brands I have used.
I turned to Zoya after damaging my nails with long term use of gel nails and I will never look back. Zoya has given me back my healthy looking nails.
I highly recommend the Naked manicure rescue + repair kit!

Lovely colours and quality. Zoya nail polish looks nice and shiny like gel polish. And doesn't contain all those bad chemicals which is so important. I started using it during pregnancy. I highly recommend😍
