Although it did take me over a month and two weeks to get my order and I received a couple of different tracking numbers this company is NOT a scam just a small company …. I absolutely love the glitters!!!!!!!! So if you guys haven’t received your order for a little while just letting you know it will take a little bit.

If I could give zero stars I would! I placed an order December 1st! I have yet to receive my product or items I paid for! They responded once stating they would resend my order and I never heard from them again!

I ordered at the start of December and have received no update since. I have emailed umpteen times, received one very unapologetic response saying to give them my order number which I replied with. I have since sent numerous emails to be refunded and have been ignored. Definitely a scam website, avoid at all costs. No customer service at all. Will be taking this further if my money is not returned, didn’t want to have to leave such a terrible review but if I can prevent this from happening to someone else then it is worth it.

This is and absolute scam. Ordered December 5th, now it’s been 1,5 months and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve sent several emails and dms and they never reply. I also left comments on their instagram. They deleted the comments…. :)) stay away from this page!

And to add a note to their respond and the "abuse" they’re referring to: I wrote "Refund my money or send me my f’ing products. Blocking me on Instagram because I’m calling you out?! What a scam! Karma will get to you!"

Yes they actually BLOCKED me when I dm’d them once again and made a comment on their latest photo saying it’s a scam :) (And I also wrote about tjem and tagges then on Mikaylas Instagram if that’s the other reason you’re referring to. You’re just embarrassing yourself at this point) good job! And now when they finally responded to my email they are being rude. They did not understand the assignment that’s for sure. Stay away!

Order never arrived, no response to emails. Avoid at all costs. Opening a claim against them.

Got refund from PayPal, they answer my DM after case open, they delete negative comments on their social media. Terrible service! AVOID AVOID AVOID, positive comments I’m sure they are fake! And even lied saying they open the case to get refund, what a joke they are, I have emails and all the proofs that I open the case!

I also paid extra for next day delivery on the 2/12 but it was not 'shipped' till the 13/12.

Update 18/1 - further email ignored. My order number is ZS4270 before it is claimed I haven't ordered. All copies of emails and screenshot can be provided plus proof of purchase/payment.

Update 19/1 - spoken to my payment provider- ZS has ignored thier attempts at contact as well. Have emailed the updated email address below today to see if I could get a refund. Comments on social media from 17/1 ignored despite replying to other comments on the same video after I commented asking for help

Update 25/1 - still not reply to either email address nor any comments on TIk Tok replied to. Also now been blocked on social media

Update 31/1 - Zs have asked for more information. As above, copies of order, all emails sent to two differnet email addresses, comments on social media and proof I can no longer access your TT can be provided. As well as my case raised via my payment provider.

One of the best glitters i’ve used (literally no fallouts at all) and one of the best small business I purchased from. My order was a little late so I thought it was a scam but I promise you it’s not. Even though i disputed my transaction thinking it was a scam, she still sent me my full order as a gift. If this isn’t the sweetest thing ever then i don’t know what is. Her customer service is amazing.

I made my order on 1st December 2021 and still has not arrived. Tracking says it’s shipped but gives no further details (has said this for weeks). I have emailed twice and sent a message to their page on Instagram with no response.

Ordered over a month ago.she gave me a fake tracking number. Order never came.they won’t respond to any of my emails. I will have to file a claim with my bank to get money back. Scam. Don’t order

Bought an item from them on 12/1, which supposedly shipped on 12/11. No tracking info provided and item did not arrive. I reached out on 1/8 to the seller looking for tracking or status updates with no response. Had to file a claim through PayPal to get my money back.

They did not respond to any of my emails and I got no communication from them, despite their claims in the reply to my review. PayPal refunded me with no communication from the seller.

The customer service is appalling, not one single email was ever answered and they delete negative comments off of their social medias.

The glitters are ok, terrible packaging, but I shouldn’t have had to open a claim up through paypal before in order to receive what I’d paid for. So many of the 5 star reviews are clearly fake. I can understand the company got a surge in customers but they should have been transparent about that and not leave people months without their order after already taking the money.

Ordered almost 1,5month ago and haven't heard any information about my order. I send email to zscompany and they haven't contacted me still.... Feel little bit scammed to be honest
