The worst!!!!

I dont know where these 5 star reviews are coming from but avoid this company.

After seeing these glitters on tiktok thought they woud be nice for my nights out over December. Placed an order on 1st December, no word on it being shipped by 11th December so I emailed them. Got no response back but got an automated email saying it was "shipped". Another 10 days passed and still nothing. Contacted them again, no reply.

Eventually put in a claim with paypal and they had 10 days to respond and surprise surprise on the 10th day (which was 2 days shy of a month from ordering) they uploaded a tracking number for Royal Mail.

2 days later products arrived and one was broken. No words! Now im not even going out in January so they're just sitting on my makeup table.

Worst company I've ever dealt with!!!

Overhyped and not worth it

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on 2nd December and only received it on 6th January. Despite receiving a dispatch email on 12th December. I emailed multiple times, text and contacted ZS through social media and received no response regarding my order. I had to start a dispute via clearpay and finally my order arrived a few days later. However, I’m really disappointed with the products. The pigments although are lovely are less than half filled and the glitter is underwhelming. I was really excited about receiving these products as they looked gorgeous on social media, but due to the lack of quality and customer service I wouldn’t order from here again.

Terrible customer service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS…

I have been emailing this buisness since 4/12/21 about an order I placed that is "missing". I have asked for a refund 3 times & am still yet to receive a response.
The order for for £50, they clearly do not care about their customers & are.more interested in posting pretty photos on social media. Again they are happy to respond to positive comments but not to people chasing a response.

Bought this after so many…

Bought this after so many recommendations from friends who are makeup artists. They don’t use any other brand for glitter except ZS OFFICIAL really pleased with my order and will be ordering again.

Don’t bother ordering from here

Ordered 4 glitters on 2/12/21 so I would receive them in time for Christmas. Supposedly dispatched on 13/12/21 and never arrived. Emailed, messaged on Instagram and commented on social media and didn’t get a response until 21/12/21 where they agreed to send the glitters again the next day so they’d arrive in time for Christmas. Nothing arrived so emailed again and messaged and commented- no response once again. 30/12/21 the glitters turned up, and the stamp clearly said they were posted 29/12/21, a week after they said they’d send them out. I had fully expected to not receive anything I ordered and being totally ignored on every form of contact is totally unprofessional. I’m not the only one and I won’t be ordering from here again. The quality is okay, nothing special and looks nothing like they do on social media when in the pan. Definitely not worth the 4 week wait! I wouldn’t bother ordering from here, go with companies that have a customer service team and care about people who purchase from their business. If you do order from here and have any problems with your order, be fully prepared to be ignored.

In response to the reply from ZS Official, I have screenshots of a conversation I had where you said it would arrive in time for Christmas, I’m more than happy to send them over. Also, the glitter itself was flaking in the pan, I was referring to the quality of the glitter, not the size of the pan, I didn’t once mention the pan size. That’s an incredibly condescending comment to make about ‘having to pay extra for those’. I’m glad I ‘didn’t pay extra’ for any of your products because they are 1- not worth the money and 2- not worth the obscene amount of time they take to arrive.

I don’t know what you sent me but it is not ‘high quality’ and although the price would be cheap for a good product, it is overpriced for the product I received. I’m not looking for cheap alternatives (again, a very condescending comment on your part), I’m looking for something that is worth the price I pay. That is my personal opinion of the product I received. It is not worth the money and definitely not worth the month it takes to arrive. Again, it is MY opinion and the whole point of writing a review is to share my opinion so others can view it and make their own decision on if they want to order. Your opinion of your product clearly differs to my opinion of the product I received. I don’t like the glitter, it is what it is.

Glad you received your order. The glitters are exactly as advertised. We show a lot of our large pans on social media and if those are the pans you are wanting you have to pay extra for those. You purchased the standard size pan not the king size.

You asked for your order to be resent which is what we did and we also stated there is no guarantee they will arrive in time for Christmas as it was so close to the day. Just to follow up on your updated review - the glitter can't be flaky as it is pure cosmetic glitter so I'm unsure as to what you mean by that and I'd say £3.50 for a pressed glitter eyeshadow of such high quality is 100% worth it. If you are looking for cheaper alternatives you could try elsewhere.

Terrible. DO NOT waste your money. I placed my order on 4/12/21 ready for my Christmas events starting from 16/12/21… my order arrived today (29/12/21). I had ordered two pressed eye shadows and one turned up cracked (and looking nothing like the picture). I had emailed the company on 10/12/21 asking for an update… no response at all. Logged a case with PayPal… still no response. Just waiting for them to come back to me re refund on smashed one! No customer service, no communication. Just happy to take your money. Wrote warning on a few insta posts and they were deleted immediately! THEY HAVE TIME TO CONTROL THIER SOCIAL MEDIA BUT NOT RESPOND TO THIER CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE SPENT MONEY WITH THEM. AVOID AVOID AVOID

UPDATE 11.1.22 still no correspondence from ZS regarding damaged item. No response to any emails. THANKFULLY PayPal have refunded me. WHAT AN AWFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

UPDATE 13.1.22 so ZS have replied to this trust pilot account. They can’t deleted these reviews like they can on Instagram. I put in the PayPal refund after no response and no product. I then regularly updated the PayPal case. I then received cracked pallets. I emails ZS… no response! They didn’t even bother to reply and tell me what the process was! Look at the response below… blame put on customer and attitude of ‘you had no intention of returning the products’… are you joking! No responses at all to any form of communication… why would I send them back… to where? To whom? Don’t blame your customers for your shoddy products, appalling delivery times and appalling customer service. How do you even know the product can be used! AVOID AVOID AVOID. Never been so badly treated by ANY company

I’ve tried to upload a picture of the pallet but it’s saying it had to be <5gb and it’s 11. Will keep trying so any person reading knows that I am not pulling a fast one as implied in ZS response. That the pallet was fully cracked and a small section missing due to this cracked pallet.

I take huge offence at the tone of the above. As my review clearly states all the attempts at getting in touch with the company. I have clear pictures of broken item and trail of events with dates. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THIS COMPANY. I’m only on Instagram and not on any forms of social media. I am a very upfront and honest person who just wanted sparkly eye shadow for a Christmas do. I have never claimed any money back from PayPal and have never and will never try and manipulate a situation to my advantage… this is for just over £10 for heavens sake! I am considering taking this to trading standards as the attack on my character and the assumptions made in zs responses are slanderous.

I also asked for the full refund as I hadn’t had my products and ZS were not responding to emails. I then updated both ZS and PayPal when I received the products to say that one was damaged and could I have a refund for that one. PAYPAL awarded me the full refund. I was surprised. But I have spent enough time and energy on this small purchase! If you want the broken product back, send me the money for a recorded delivery postage and I am happy to send it back! I am not going to spend any more of my money on this transaction.

WARNING If you suffer from depression or anxiety may I suggest that you don’t use this company.

Got Better

I originally wrote a negative review due to the lack of communication. Thankfully, I have heard back and was provided with tracking numbers. I’ll admit, I was very concerned that this was a scam at first. Very glad it’s not, and I can’t wait to receive my orders.

Piece of garbage company

EDIT :: the company mailed out an empty envelope with a tracking number to pretend they sent product after refusing to answer emails with a tracking number claiming they don’t have it cuz they’re not in their office (still no answers). They’ve attempted to try and get money through fighting charge backs on other reviews on multiple review sites but seeing as we’ve taken photos of all evidence including reviews from all sites available, AND the tracking postage on it even says LETTER which is clearly not a product box, they will not win this battle with me or anyone else.
Once again, don’t deal with this company. Even their fake CS is rude af.

We are a legitimate company. We don’t need to “steal” money. Your review is quite unfair. Before we had chance to respond to you, you opened a claim with your bank. We’ve uploaded all the tracking details and sent all the information to your bank.

You’ve made a comment about “all reviews that are real” trust pilot only allows real reviews to be posted. I appreciate you aren’t happy there are 5* reviews because they don’t agree with your experience but that does not mean they are not genuine.

Broken and possibly used? It’s a shame that you left this review before you even tried the products. You have seen our Instagram page and all our customers are tagged. We would NEVER send out a used products and for you to claim something like that without even trying the product is beyond unbelievable. Please in the future leave a review after you’ve received and tried the products.

Terrible company, bye bye Money

Saw the products on Tiktok, thought they would make a perfect gift! Ordered on the 3rd and still hasn't arrived, it got "shipped" on the 14th with no tracking information. Will not respond to emails, have deleted my comments off their Instagram. Guess we just accept that I will never get my order! Wish I had seen reviews first :( do not recommend!

I placed my order on the 1st of December and waited patiently for a dispatch date, I contacted this company several times and had 1 reply which said that due to current conditions dispatch was taking a little longer than the usual 1 to 2 days, quite a lot longer I would have said but maybe I’m impatient. I eventually received a dispatch email last Saturday the 11th of December, I have yet to receive my order or in fact any tracking number etc. Dreadful company and I will be commenting on the page of the girl who recommended their goods as I feel she has been hoodwinked by them. Today the 20th of December I had had enough and asked for my money back, I have been told that I will receive a refund which I find incredibly strange given that my items were apparently dispatched on the 11th of December. Steer clear of this company. In reply to your reply, I received an email telling me i could track the delivery, which is why i tried to track. I found it strange that you issued a refund because you said that the items had been dispatched, why would anyone issue a refund without first trying to find out where the dispatched items were, lastly despite the lie below that a refund was issued, as of today the 19th of January, i am still waiting for the refund, a full month after it was promised to me.

Scammed by Zsofficial

I placed an order with her in September 19 and it is December and I have not received a tracking number or anything about my order date. October 5, I emailed her with proofs of my order and I asked her if she can give me an update about my order. October 5, she responds that I will receive my order within 5 to 7 days. I send her on October 26th to ask if she knows anything about my order as I still have not received anything. I am completely ignored here. November 11th I send her back for an update and still nothing! She ignores my emails and deletes my comments on Tiktok. She just scammed me. I certainly won't stop there. I will file a complaint so that she learns from her mistakes and does not have to steal from people. She can collect money, but she can't do her job properly.

Poor customer service. Products never arrived and they ignore all of my emails, Instagram messages and delete my comments. No one responds on live chat on their website, never received a tracking number or shipment confirmation. Horrible company that have scammed me out of my money with no way to get back.

This brand is amazing the lashes are amazing, I use them every single day I don’t get semi permanent anymore as these are just the best thing to them and I save so much! The shadows are insane they’re so pigmented and blend so perfectly. Gives me an airbrushes look every time. The glitters are the best glitters I’ve seen and tested they create such a glam look. Can’t recommend this seller and beauty guru absolutely top quality all the time. Shipping is so easy and quick. 10/10!!!! X

This company is unreal! I’m so glad I’m came across it. The eyeshadows are insanely pigmented!! The glitter lasted me all day and night without any fall out. The eyelashes are easily the easier I have ever used and are gorgeous. I would recommend this company to anybody
