Scam company . Bought a dresser off their website. Never turned up and impossible to get hold of them. Luckily I bought on my credit card so was protected. But avoid these fraudsters

This company is a scam. They do not have any products they just take money, Do not respond. Do not do any business with them as you will be ripped OFF.

Ordered a tool shed and surprise, no tool shed, no response to email and a phone number that is inactive. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES. I’m now reporting them to the authorities

Ordered a tool store in March through google search, never arrived and numerous emails unanswered. Now raised dispute with my bank - absolute scam artists obviously.

Order did not arrive ... £60 paid and no reply to emails and no product!!!!

Item ordered was not delivered. I was unable to contact Zuralo by phone or email. Obviously a scam and have started proceedings to recover my money via my bank. Do not order anything from this site.

Ordered an outdoor tool shed which I never received website just says being prepared for delivery.. No response to emails.

This website is a scam. Do not use. You will not receive your order. I was able to dispute my transaction with my bank and got a full refund (thank you HSBC).

Absolutely terrible stay away phone number doesn't work email never gets answered don't bother go elsewhere

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Not even one star!

Can’t believe I was silly enough not to check here first. Complete scam. Taken my money and order still says processing after over a week. Not even dispatched. Never received anything. Phone number doesn’t work, cuts off, clearly doesn’t exist. Emails bounce back. Absolutely disgusting business. Money is being paid to a company in France called CR group that has nothing to do with ‘ZURALO’.

I don’t know why it says 2 stars for when all reviews are 1 star. Fake scam website, I’m a fool for falling for it. Please read reviews first !!

Never received goods. No contact available. Phone number doesn’t work.

Similar to the previous reviews. No reply to emails and the number cuts off straight away. Paid by credit card, so have filled out a dispute form and hopefully it gets sorted. Very annoyed as I'm normally really thorough with regards to legit sites etc. Do not purchase from this site.

SCAM - No response to emails. Telephone number doesnt work. Ive been refunded. Better luck next time Zuralo you piece of sh1t!

Absolute scam. Avoid

Placed and paid for an order, received a confirmation email, then nothing. Tried to contact them by phone and email, but no reply. The number given doesn't exist, and neither does the email address. They appear to have a way to track your order, but surprise surprise that doesn't work either

Product didn't arrive. Emails not answered. Payment went to somewhere in France.
Operate apparently from a domestic property in Edinburgh. Have reported to Trading Standards.

Do not touch - scammer!!!

SCAM Website, do not part with your hard earned cash. Fortunately I paid with a credit card just in case, good job I did as after 3 weeks of waiting my order had still not even been despatched. They do not answer emails, the phone number drops dead as soon as you ring it and the chatbot just states that the order is awaiting fulfillment. Even the Chinese websites manage to get stuff out to me within 2 weeks. This websites payments go to a company called homeagen.
