Was originally with air but my Internet…
Was originally with air but my Internet went down Friday and when I contacted them the usual way I found out it had been bought by zybre without making me aware of the change. I then managed to get a reply with zybre through email asking for my address but then nothing since and still no Internet.

What a bunch of jokers… I was with air…
What a bunch of jokers… I was with air broadband for 3 years but after losing sky tv on wifi running very slow I called air who said they had been brought out by this company. No one bothered to make me aware of this and my direct debit is still with air. Zybre only work Monday to Friday! What a joke. Will be calling Monday first this to cancel!

Left me all weekend with no internet
I was with air broadband, and zybre brought them and air didn’t even let me know. I only found out about the change when I phoned up air and the line was disconnected.
On Thursday evening my internet stopped working, but not on all apps/ websites. Netflix and YouTube works. But not on my sons PlayStation or the sky box. Very strange, that it picks and chooses.
I phoned zybre on Friday and I did manage to speak to someone and she told me they are looking into it. And would phone me by the end of the day.
I received no phone call so I phoned them back and they are now closed until Monday. Which is absolutely disgusting customer service to leave customers with no internet for the whole weekend.
I’m going to cancel as soon as I can. I’m sure you can’t change provider and not tell customers? So I’ll be looking into to it.

There is no customer service.
Switched to Vybre from our previous provider without any consultation first. Immediate service outage and unable to contact customer service. Avoid this provider at all costs as it appears it’s a team of 2 uni students trying to make a quick quid.

Do not go with this company
Do not go with this company. I initially signed up with them and changed my mind. You have a 14 day cooling period so I cancelled straight away. The payment they were going to take was a higher amount too then initially what the sales guy had offered. This was double the amount. They wanted to take another big amount a week later. I cancelled the direct debit and emailed and called them countless times to cancel and they organised a separate mandate to take the money from my account. They did this without my permission. After again countless phone calls and emails they said they would refund me. This has been months and still no refund. The number of times you call them and the person says they will do something and they never ever do. They just write it off like it is nothing. I had to raise this with my bank who have refunded me but still awaiting the refund back from Zybre. I had an email to say they would refund me and again nothing has gone through. I wish I read all these reviews to save me from all the hassle!!

Avoid, SCAM - no contact - no service
Initially placed an order for full gigabit fttp.
I arranged the installation date for the day after I moved house, so I could get up and running as quickly as possible.
Zybre's pricing was competitive and the ordering process was simple.
unfortunately the installation date arrived and they never showed, after booking a day of work so somebody was in.
i tried calling multiple times, and reaching out via email and social platforms, which they never responded.
I have had zero communication from Zybre and ultimately cancelled my order, which again I have not received any confirmation.
complete and utter shambles, and from reading the reviews online they look to be a scam.
waiting to see if they take any payment like they have with other, at which point i will take action against them.
AVOID

Beyond terrible - AVOID
Awful experience. They were a nightmare to deal with, constantly promising that the router had been dispatched before Christmas (which never arrived), telling me that I could select an install date yet their website had a blank drop down selection box, and every time I called there was some new issue with the order. Their phone line was also down on several occasions when I called to try and get some sort of information from them. Eventually I cancelled my entire order with them out of frustration and the total unreliability of this company, yet now I see that they have taken a payment from my bank account today when my account with them is supposed to be cancelled as the person on the phone confirmed it to be! This is a total cowboy company. Do not use them or you will regret it. Now I have the hassle of getting my money refunded from them.

Coercing customers
Got WiFi through digital home to be installed by city fibre. After numerous appointments where the installers never showed up and being fobbed off for weeks on end, we finally had it installed. No end of problems, can't speak to anyone and no response to emails. Someone for Zybre showed up at our door a little while ago and coerced my severely mentally ill partner into writing a 5 star review for your company. Refuse to leave the door until it had been done, stood over her to instruct what should be written. Not sure if you've bought out one of the companies that installed our internet, but who the hell do you think you are showing up at someone's house and coercing 5 star reviews. Especially someone's house with mental health issues.

Stay well clear!!
Stay well clear!!!
I had a door to door salesman come who signed me up to zybre. I was assured I would have an engineer come and a router sent within 2 weeks. After many cancellations on Zybre’s part, the engineers came but the router never did. I have never had access to their service but they kept setting up direct debits and attempting to charge me for the service. When asked about the router, zybre said it was going to be sent soon but it never was. I have sent numerous emails about this and to cancel my account and either had no reply or one that did not solve the problem. Eventually someone from zybre called trying to get money and when I explained the situation, they promptly said they would cancel my account and ensure all charges would clear. I’ve just received another email to say they have set up yet another direct debit. Absolutely furious. Money grabbing scammers.

Absolute waste of time
Absolute waste of time. I signed up to the service after a conversation with a canvasser. having being told previously that we couldnt have fibre connection through the phoneline due to the position of the pole when we were told connection would be via a new underground cable and not the phone line we jumped at the chance. No modem appeared, no engineer appeared, I had a brief and unsuccesful email exchange with someone from the company that just ignored the fact that nothing had happened. an engineer finally turns up out of the blue 7 weeks later and tries to connect us to the phone line, which he couldnt, obviously. Still no contact from the company. finally a week later they emailed to say they have set up the direct debit! they have failed to connect me, havnt even bothered to send a modem, completely ignored me but still expect me to pay for something I havnt even got.

One Word =Scam
One Word =Scam These guys just notified my that they will charge my account for £70 & changed or provided nothing at all & I've still been charg d by my regular broadband providers who assure me that I'm still an active broadband customer of theirs. I was assured by sales representative that randomly knocked on my door at least 2/3 months ago this was a certified better alternative and it was a service provided by the government that was set to take off over the next 2 years.I was told
there would be no issues switching over from my current broadband provider even though I stated that I don't want to have any new contracts signed for 12 month's period time!.Also just to add further somehow my order has been placed twice by other representative whom I never seen! So the question is how my personal details are stored and shared? I was told multiple times that technician will visit and provide me with upgraded WiFi router in a few days time and nothing!

Poor customer service with exception
I gave it one star but this doesn't apply to all the customer service and staff at Zybre. As one person Mr Harry Ballie was 5 stars and more .The only one who phoned us back when he said and tried to resolve our issues. As for the rest I'm sorry poor. Zybre will lose customers if they don't get themselves together.

If I could give this service no stars I…
If I could give this service no stars I would. I signed up one day but I was told no money would be taken until I gave the full go ahead I decided not to commence and received a cancellation email to confirm this. Two months later I get an email saying I have set up a direct debit with them. I called to enquire and they reassured me that it was an error on their systems and no money should be taken and that everyone has received that email. I then received another email saying £74 will be taken. I queried this again and I asked for my details to be removed they said no money will be taken and details will be removed. The money was taken out as a direct debit that I never consented to. I rang for the final time and I was given an email for a Gary Waterman with the promise of the money coming back but the email account ended up blocking my emails and my calls no longer go through when I tried to chase up the money again. This company is the biggest scam going I have had to open an investigation with my bank and the ombudsman.

Zybre happy to commit fraud on your account
Scam company, was told we wasn’t being sold anything during a cold call, we were some what interested in what they had to offer but wanted to consult the family before anything so told them this they took some details and left, shortly after we receive a date for install, which we did not agree to what so ever and a direct debit was set up. We contacted zybre to ask what was happening to which they told us they are receiving slot of complaints for the same reason, the reps they used went “rouge” and obviously working to commission, we were told we signed a contract but due to the circumstances they would cancel it and the direct debit. A few months later I noticed a charge on our account for zybre and the direct debit had been set up again without permission, do not speak to these people

3 months and still no service
Why aren’t you answering phone calls or emails? You seem to be very busy writing fake reviews to cover the fact that you’ve clearly gone bust.
Don’t you think I’ve wasted enough time emailing and calling your unresponsive number. Order confirmed on the 14/10/2022 and still no service. How on earth can I rely on such a company.
