Wonderful customer service.

My mother and I are autistic and dislike change very much when we're not consulted prior. Our services were transferred without our knowledge, until we received a confirmation email from Zybre. I sent them an email politely asking to be returned to our previous service, and Angus from their team responded almost immediately, and did so with absolute professionalism and politeness.

While we do not like change, we feel very strongly that this ISP is doing their very best to provide the best service possible they can, and as such I would highly recommend their services to anyone on the fence about staying with them.

I was a Digital Home customer who has…

I was a Digital Home customer who has just found out that my account was sold to Zybre. After having no Internet for 2 days and no response from any phone lines I sent an email to digital home finally today I get a response from Zybre who sorted out my problem and I have Internet which I'm happy about. What I'm not happy about is I have had no email, no letter and no communication Digital Home sold out and no welcome email or letter from Zybre. I had to find this out myself this is not a good welcome to a new company please take this feedback and improve your services.
But thank you for fixing my services.

Untrustworthy, scammers, thieves, fraudsters

Untrustworthy, lie, try to steal money, don't cancel accounts when requested several times and still try to charge you. Try charging installation fee when they don't tell you about it when roping you in. Just shows up on your first bill. Can't communicate with zybre, of they say they will call you back they don't it's always you chasing them. Don't stick to dates for fibre installation, don't send you a router and of you contact them they just say it will be 2-3 working days and you will receive router.... Over a month later still no router and then they tell you they can't get the stock from supplier yet still try charging you for internet you can't use. Cancelled account at beginning of December and they still trying to take money now. Every week I get request from bank to pay zybre £49 I've rang several times for them to stop trying to take money because I don't have an account with them. Today I told them to take all my details, everything they have about me off the system. I don't want any letters, emails, text and definitely no spam crap. I don't want nothing to do with you. They said yet again today that they have cancelled account so shouldn't receive anymore bank requests, I'm not holding my breath.. I told them next step is trading standards and the ombudsman. Please please please pay attention to these reviews.... Do not sign up to this company you will regret it. I've kept this review short, there is loads I could write about this company but I would be here for 6 months. Also when you do get through on the phone it sounds like a party is going on in the background, I don't mean music... I mean the loudness of the other call handlers, the laughing, the childish giggling, it's very unprofessional. STAY AWAY!!!

firstly, Zybre... You find my name on your system because the account is in my wife's name.

So after the review I wrote last week after speaking to Zybre about taking money from my account. They said that everything has been cancelled and they apologise for the inconvenience, not to worry though because it's definitely been cancelled and I wouldn't experience anything else from then on, as in money going from my account. Here's the catch guys and you've probably guessed it..... Yeah that's it, tried again today 27/1/23 to take money from my account. Another £49, so all in all since beginning of December they have tried to take over £200 from my account. Now this is for an account that was terminated at the beginning of December.... If it was cancelled and our details have been removed from the system... WHY THE HELL ARE YOU STILL TRYING TO TAKE MONEY!!! Definitely a case for trading standards and the ombudsman. Maybe the papers as it seems to be an ongoing issue with several of your cancelled customers. I know this because your advisor John Luca told me. The advisors act like they care when they are on the phone but quite honestly I don't think they give 2 you know what's when they hang up. Some people work because they enjoy the job.... I think they work for the pay packet at the end of the month. Yes I know this sounds rude and I do apologise but have to say it how I see it.

Stay away as far as you can!
I just withdrew my consent to use direct debit and I consider the “contract” void. Links for installation appointments didn’t work. When they eventually worked, appointments were ignored. Customer services utterly unresponsive. Revently, someone wanted to “book me in” for a day of my choice within a certain week. Stayed at home all week, never heard from them again.

Other than the technical issues that…

Other than the technical issues that have left me with service for a few days... the customer service is rude, when harry explained that the introductory offer ment that really im paying 40 per month I felt stupid and a big mugged off that I fell for an this "offer". £45 per month for Internet alone is too expensive especially with the state of the economy.

Made the decision to cancel set up…

Made the decision to cancel set up within the cooling off period. This was confirmed. Had another email to provide update of when payment will be made, I queried this and was informed that this will be cancelled. I then received Direct Debit confirmation set up, I emailed to query this, no reply. A few days later the money left my account. No reply to emails sent and no-one answers the phone when you call them and you are on hold for hours.

Excellent service all round

From start to finish Sam was extremely helpful in assisting the installation of broadband across multiple properties. He met with me in person and orchestrated the engineers across these properties to make sure my instructions were met to suit my needs.

None of the properties have had any issues at all in terms of connectivity and have been steady ever since. Very pleased with the service overall and will choose to use again moving forward.

Thanks to the engineers and to Sam for an excellent service

No problems here, top speed and top provider.

No problems here. I have been connected for a while now with no issues and the 1gig speed is great. They did recently change their IP address range and I am now behind 2 private addresses which makes my xbox report as double nat which is a pain but hasn't affected gameplay.
If there are ever any outages (few and far between) then communication has always been good being notified by text messages and emails until a resolution has been sorted out to whatever the issue has been. I would not hesitate to recommend the service based on my experience and working from home now is actually enjoyable with no lagging.

Id give this company a minus if I could…

Id give this company a minus if I could absolute shambles of a company. I signed up as it seemed a good deal for internet. They came and installed the lines to the house. Then i had to wait for my router nearly 3 months later I still don’t have the router and obviously couldn’t connect to the internet. 2 payments taken from my bank too I cancelled my direct debit last month but they still taken money out this month. Seems like a scam they don’t answer the phone or emails whatever you do if these knock on your door tell them to leave straight away they are just after your money with nothing in return

Awful company

I joined up nearly 3 months company all was going well at first the engineers came and did the installation the said the router would be sent out in a couple of day and 3months later I still have no router and the customer service is awful they either don't respond to your emails or answer the phone and I am now looking for a new company to provide my Internet I would recommend you avoid this company
