Great service

Great service, you are in contact with your driver before the trip so any issues you can contact them directly. They send detailed instructions on where to meet. Our driver was friendly and car was spotless. Highly recommend and would use them in the future.

Rather take the bus!

Wouldn’t travel with them again after being made to pay for another ticket even though I had a ticket, just because I got an earlier train on a weekend! All the tickets on weekends are super savers so the same price, yet they made me pay for another ticket.
Had it been a week day I would understand, but a weekend and half empty train, what does catching an hour early train matter? I had a ticket!!!

Best exchange rates

Best exchange rates and you can order online on the day and collect in store. No commission charges!
Only downside I ordered online but when I went into the store they didnt have enough of the currency I ordered. It states online that staff will contact you if the currency isnt available so I had to return the next day to collect it.
Otherwise highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs!

This company has caused me nothing but stress.

First the customer service I received was beyond unprofessional and unacceptable.
Then the treatments I have received were so rush, you are covered in so much gel and I felt absolutely nothing!
I’ve had laser hair removal in the past and it was very successful.
Don’t think about having any privacy to get changed, as they have to rush you through to get the next customer in!
I have not only had NO HAIR REDUCTION BUT NOW HAVE MORE HAIR THAN WHEN I BEGAN!
You can NEVER get an appointment, and I mean never. You have to wait up to 4 months and they never have a time that suits you.
I wish I had never seen the Groupon voucher for this salon and done my research.

I am now out of pocket, have nothing to show for my money and will now have to get the areas redone at another salon.
My best advice to anyone is......Please stay away from this place as they don’t care about customers.
Please spend your hard earn money at a salon who values their customers and gets you results!

Only buy online, in store rates are shocking

The in store rates are pathetic. Online are much better.
I was charged commission when I shouldn’t of been, purchasing in store.
Customer service were very helpful though and did refund the commission.
In store staff at shepherds bush store were helpless and need more training.

Worst pair of shoes I’ve ever bought!

Worst pair of shoes I’ve ever bought!
They leaked all through the soles and my feet were absolutely saturated wet! The shoes are less than a year old!
Customer service are pathetic and very unprofessional!
Do yourself a favour, don’t buy this brand!

AVOID, this company needs to be shut down.

I’ve 2 laser sessions and extremely disappointed and angry. The service here is terrible, never have I had such rude and unprofessional staff. I’ve had laser before so I know how the process works.
The laser is done so quick I have seen absolutely no results. It’s about 10 secs per area, pathetic.
I’d like a refund but from the reviews I doubt I’ll get that.
I’ve wasted so much money at this clinic. They need to be shut down.
Wish I’d read the reviews before buying the Groupon voucher 😡

Always use trainline to book

Always use trainline to book my tickets. Website is easy to use and the few times I’ve had to call them my issues have been dealt with right away.
Only thing is they do charge a small fee like 75p but it’s piece of mind.

Think I’ve been sucked in by the cheap Groupon deal

Think I’ve been sucked in by the cheap laser hair removal on Groupon voucher.
I’ve only had a patch test done, no treatments yet. Wish I’d seen the reviews as I think I’ve wasted my money now 😢
Staff at Richmond were very rude and it was like a hassle talking to me and they really didn’t want to be there.
Very poor customer service so far. Fingers crossed the treatments work!
