Travelled to and from Malaga airport. Arriving at the airport, the driver wasn’t to be seen so we had to call the company and told he will be there in 5 minutes. Waited about 20 minutes until the driver met us at arrivals.
Getting picked up from our hotel, there was no sign of the driver at the booked time. We waited 5 minutes then called them, for them to then message us via WhatsApp for some reason instead. Were told the driver is 5 minutes away, still no sign. Contacted again and they said there was a problem and another driver is now coming, another 10 minutes. In total, we waited 25 minutes until a driver arrived to pick us up.

I wouldn’t use or recommend this company, and particularly wasn’t impressed that they didn’t contact us first at all to tell us that the drivers are late etc.

Customer service is SHOCKING!! Can’t get hold of anyone almost a month after my first email and their phone line doesn’t work. Please don’t book with this company, the amount of chasing I’ve had to do just to get my booking confirmation is unreal! AVOID

Excellent first time experience with we buy any car. Amazed at how quick the process is! Would highly recommend and would definitely use again in the future.

Shocking customer service! This is now the second time I have had an issue with ASOS. They have sent me a damaged item and have insisted the only way I can get what I actually ordered is to go to the effort of returning the item to them, even though it will be useless to them! Most companies apologise and just send you a replacement item, but not asos!
