Looking for a particular product at a competative price I came across Geekcore. Site navigation and ordering was easy. My order arrived really quickly, ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday. It was packaged really well and is lovely qualty. Extremely happy with my purchase as I know the recipient will be too! I would definitely use the company again.

I ordered my garden furniture from Out and Out as I saw their ad in a reputable magazine and their prices were good. After ordering I read very many negative reviews and was concerned I might have been scammed; However, I am very happy with the whole service. I received a confirmation email on ordering, my garden furniture was delivered
earlier than expected, ( It arrived on 19th June. I was aware on ordering in May that new stock wasn't expected until 23rd June) The furniture is beautiful. Good quality, very comfortable and the delivery service was excellent.

I was informed by Panther by email and text when my garden furniture was out for delivery, giving a date in the first instance, then later the same day I recieved a further text and email with a time window. I received messages on the delivery day with details, and a tracker app that allowed me to see my slot and their location. The two guys that delivered my furniture were friendly and polite. They rang me when they were half an hour away. They put the boxes where I requested in my garden. Excellent service all round.

Would give 0 if this was an option! No way to speak to a hunan being. Extremely frustrating on-line chat service, which when they can't resolve your query put's you into yet another queue to start again! I've been queueing for 45 minutes, got to the front of the queue and they dumped my call and put me back to the bottom! One and a half hours and have got precisely nowhere! To say I'm furious is an understatement! The worst customer service I've come across in a long time!

Delivered by a lovely driver. Very friendly and respectful. Very good at updating on delivery time, and delivered exactly on time. Thank you :)
