Customer care is frustrating
Bought the P1 meter and the shipment arrived quite quickly. The package was already opened by someone (the sticker was ripped), probably returned by an another customer?
Too bad the product doesn't connect to my wifi except very randomly and may or may not keep the connection. It's fine, sometimes it's bad luck, but the customer care was frustrating. I provided all the information they needed plus screenshot, and but I was getting some generic replies, obviously there was no one really reading my messages. I even got the same generic reply two times, asking the same basic stuff I already had provided on my first message. I had to wait for 1 or 2 days between each reply. I was hoping this was completely solved in 1 or 2 days. I lost my 30 euros and I will deal with it.
