Currently at Carlton Meres in Suffolk, lovely site, lovely caravan, good location for site seeing in the area, haven’t used any facilities on the site so cannot comment on them, but very pleased with our stay.

Had a text for the taxi pickup

Had a text for the taxi pickup, waited but no one came, after 20 minutes went to hotel reception who rang the company to be told ‘the driver made a mistake’!!!!!!!!! They would send a replacement in 2 minutes, 10 minutes later a taxi arrived, not good service, stressful, will not be using these again !!!!!!

Purchased earrings in jersey

Purchased earrings in jersey, not cheap, never wore them as unable to actually get through my ears, have been in the box since until I went to try again, the gold has turned a peculiar blue colour, emailed Just pearls and guess what never heard back!!!!! Don’t buy anything if that’s the sort of customer service you can expect, waste of money,
