Poor customer service!
Wish we could rate this company as zero. We bought a Samsung dishwasher. It arrived with two missing parts. We contacted the store and they said they didn’t have any parts to contact Samsung. We contacted Samsung and they said no that dishwasher doesn’t come with those parts and we don’t have any so you’re going to have to find them on your own. When filling out the form requesting the return and refund, it stated that there may be a restocking fee, but it is very rare that that is applied. We requested a refund and and even though we had all the packing materials and we’re willing to package the dishwasher up, we were told that there would be a 35% restocking fee plus an $80 pick up fee. Needless to say we refused their ridiculous offer. Now we are out almost an additional $40 for the missing parts and having to wait for delivery for those two parts which were difficult to find as that company that Samsung recommended for the parts said that that part was out of stock and would take months to deliver. Do not shop at this store.
