Poor customer service!

Wish we could rate this company as zero. We bought a Samsung dishwasher. It arrived with two missing parts. We contacted the store and they said they didn’t have any parts to contact Samsung. We contacted Samsung and they said no that dishwasher doesn’t come with those parts and we don’t have any so you’re going to have to find them on your own. When filling out the form requesting the return and refund, it stated that there may be a restocking fee, but it is very rare that that is applied. We requested a refund and and even though we had all the packing materials and we’re willing to package the dishwasher up, we were told that there would be a 35% restocking fee plus an $80 pick up fee. Needless to say we refused their ridiculous offer. Now we are out almost an additional $40 for the missing parts and having to wait for delivery for those two parts which were difficult to find as that company that Samsung recommended for the parts said that that part was out of stock and would take months to deliver. Do not shop at this store.

We regret to learn about the issues you've experienced.

We understand that the installation parts were not included with your dishwasher. As stated in the manual, these parts are sold separately.

Regarding your request for a return, a 35% restocking fee would typically apply since the unit is no longer factory sealed.

However, our After-sales Team attempted to accommodate your request by offering a reduced fee of 20%. We were later informed that you decided to keep the dishwasher.

Taxi2Airport No Show

We booked a transfer from Athens Airport to Piraeus Port Hotel through Expedia.ca. They booked us through Taxi2Airport who in turn commissioned Tlt Services P.C. to pick us up and take us to the airport. We arrived at the airport, collected our baggage and went to the pick up meeting point. There was no one there to meet us. We searched the area and there was no one with our name on a card to greet us. We asked drivers who were there if they knew of this company and no one did. We continued to inquire for 45 minutes. We finally decided to take a taxi from the taxi stand. We have contacted Expedia and Taxi2Airport to get compensation. Taxi2Airport did an investigation and said that the taxi driver was there. They refused to compensate us. We paid for a service we did not receive. Do not use Taxi2Airport they are not a reputable company. After many phone calls Expedia did compensate us however we were out of pocket for the extra charge of using the local taxi at the taxi stand not to mention the stress of the situation when you are starting a holiday.
