Engineer Karl quickly solved the problem with the door lock and advised us how to solve this problem in the future. He came suitably dressed in mask and gloves and observed the 2m distance. Cheerful and polite a lifesaver!

Dale 3136 and his apprentice arrived to repair our dishwasher today. They completed the job in timely and neat manner, very cheerful and friendly.
We hope that their employers will recognise their dedication in turning out during this Pandemic. We not only received advice in reducing scale because our hardwater but as Dale left he gave us good golf tip.

The engineer Jamie 3183, arrived on time after previously phoning, He carried out the repair to my electric oven, Job No 3933667, quickly and efficiently & was extremely polite & clean in his work. I would certainly recommend this company.

0800 service is an excellent service in many ways, quick response, professional people and keep you informed. The engineer called before he turned up and this followed by a phone call by Leah Wilkie to let me know they will contact within 24hrs as the dishwasher cannot be repair. I look forward for insurance call

Dale 3136 the engineer was very helpful, solved the problem and gave good advice on how to keep washing machine clean and healthy. Gave handy tips to try and resolve minor issues to avoid unnecessary call outs in the future.

We had a problem with one of the burners on our cooker.
Simon came and very quickly solved the problem.
When he had done that he checked over the rest of the cooker.
He was pleasant and efficient and we were very pleased with his service.

We have an AEG dishwasher with a D&G warranty, which recently started leaking from the input hose connection on the machine. A very cheery and competent Dan 3097 called and soon fixed the problem. He also quickly checked the plumbing end connection and the adjacent dishwasher one while he was under the worktop, just to be sure there were no other problems with them. Top marks!

Joined the annual service plan and within 6days the boiler was serviced , very organised .
